I pay for the protection us which is suppose to include 25gb of storage. Only shows 5gb capacity. Contacted support and Sprint and neither can figure out why the 25gb is not showing.

This a joke. It takes forever to load the pics and shuts down if screen locks. Its been loading at 11% for over an hour, wth?! If I'm using the app wrong please let me know. Otherwise when you do a forced change please make sure what we are being forced to is operable and user friendly. #wastingmytime #gottakeeptrying

Upgraded two phones. Both require this more costly protection plan and was told to download this app. Does not work. Log in would not work and had to create a new password. Once done the app simply goes to a white screen. Will be uninstalling this.

Will only upload 81 of 1385 photos. I have plenty of storage space. Just seems to be stuck on a group of 5 photos. Not happy with app.

This is an extremely simple application. It seems to work as a cloud service should. However, with the known collaboration between carriers and the government (well known carriers provide ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO THEM) why would anyone provide more info of any format to either?

Use google drive or a seperate cloud source. I use G Drive so when I get rid of the crappy Sprint phone service I can keep my pics.

What is the point of telling me Sprint has a server with my lost photos...if no one restores them to me. Just send them. Why is that so difficult? YOUR apps say that YOU protect our data. DO NOT BELIEVE it. Horrible resolution. Btw, I don't need someone to tell me this app is backing up my pics. I DID have pics before this app went live. Where are they? Don't be fooled. Just because they respond to reviews on here DOESN'T mean they are resolving your issues.

Works better then any other picture backup app I've used, because it does what it's supposed to do fast and easy. Love it. If only backing up everything else on my phone was as easy and fast.

My previous phone died and I got a new one now I can't find any pics. Where are they?

Great concept. But can't seem to see what photos are backed up in there vs the photos on my phone. Doesn't seem to be very user friendly and can't find anywhere online to access my photos. Every time I open the app it seems to be trying to upload/back-up my photos. Started off with 25G with 9ish Gigs used then after opening it again 10G + used. Is it backing up my photos multiple times and taking my 25Gs of space? Also... you should be able to select what photos that wish to back up, that's not currently an option.
