GeoPunch for Android
Not one good thing to say about this. It's a piece of crap
Closes as soon as I click it to open it. Seriously? We got a pretty icon but now the app does not work at all.
This app allows me to record my timesheet by using my mobile phone. I like the ability be able to allocate my time to different parts of the business and jobs. This is all done while I am out on the road! No more paperwork!
This update has now made the ap not work at all. Need to fix more bugs I guess. I even uninstalled the ap and reloaded it.
New update doesn't work at all on my S5 active

I clock in and out on this. This update will not work on my droid. Old one much much better. FIX IT
Stopped working with my Samsung S6. Kicks me out when trying to punch in.
Keeps getting stuck at Verifying Identity. Works great when it does work. Haven't made it a whole week without having to manually enter a punch yet. Been using it for about six months now.
Hey Jonathan. How's the route? You're right, not lollipop compatible.
Also freezes constantly on verifying identity way to often
Not well optimised, and takes forever to punch in weak signal environments. While I would rather be working, I've been trying to punch up to a dozen times which it hangs on "processing image" or "verifying identify." And that's with a good signal. This should be able to operate on no signal at all and use whatever GPS information it can find. Rotten app, but I'm required to use it. Fix it.
The company I work for just started using this software. I have a couple of problems with it. 1) I don't think it needs all of the permissions it ask you for. I can understand needing the location permission to see where an employee clocks in at, however it does not need access to my files, audio, image, video files and it doesn't need access to my camera/microphone. By accepting these permissions you are granting the company unrestricted access to your personal files. Most likely this will never be an issue but theoretically they (or more likely a disgruntled programmer/employee) could access all of your files, even intimate one between spouses, or financial data people keep on their phone, or even proprietary company info if it is stored on the phone. They could even take pictures at will and record conversations. I liken this to handing a stranger a key to my house. They could go in rummage through my family's stuff take what they wanted and leave and never say anything. And i don't believe I would have any legal recourse because I had given them a key or in the case of the app granted them permission to do these things. I have more and suggestions to make app better
