Antara lain: "Age" karyawan dlm menu Garda Medika, "Card No." dlm menu Garda Medika eCard (tdk sesuai dgn No. Kartu One Heart yg baru diterima) dan "List anggota keluarga" yg tdk lengkap dlm menu View eCard. Tidak bisa submit data master (nomor kartu & registered email). Opsi forgot card number juga tidak berfungsi. Selalu mengatakan "internet connection offline". Padahal sudah coba pakai wifi & juga pindah ke mobile internet (Indosat) (WiFi & mobile network sebenarnya aktif & kuotanya masih banyak. Apakah layanan ini masih berjalan ya?
