Polaroid ???? Sucks...... this camera is as good if not better then a paper weight.. with the wifi feature not working an the LCD pixelated hoped for better quality for the money spent.....my phone takes better pics then this camera. does no good to carry this weight when I can just use my phone so returning for my ???? back

I paid $300 for this camera and the app don't work for it. What good is it to have wifi n it don't work. I have uninstalled n downloaded I've n over again n I have restarted my phone n that still didn't work it just say it app stop working do I want to report it. I think this is a wasted my money on a camara for the features....

Downloaded app but camera won't leave the screen with the password when I connect to the wifi all I get is authorization problem and when I open app it says it isn't connected to wifi???? What a waste of $350

Just downloaded this app, so far so good for my brand new Polaroid camera. Worked on my second try, I did what others suggested here : turned off my smartphone, turned on my camera and Wi-Fi then turned on my phone and opened the app and presto, I downloaded my pics easy as 123 ????

Won't even connect to my camera. Fix this issue and I will give five stars. In the meantime, I don't know how you expect good views.

Can't use this app at all stays on configuring please wait, I'm still waiting. Please either fix the problem or get rid of it altogether. I feel like I've wasted my money on features that don't work.

Doesn't work on my new phone a galaxy express prime, but did work well on my last phone a galaxy grand prime

I did just as a few others suggested to turn my phone off leave it off, then turn on Camara and WiFi first, phone last then open app. Did NOT work I even uninstlled the app & reinstalled it, to no avail maybe it's my phone type I have a Samsung note 5

The app won't open even after successfully connecting to the camera via wifi

Force closes every time I try to connect to the camera. Seems Polaroid could care less that people pay for a function that they cannot deliver on. This POC is going right back to the store.

People it's very easy to use. It's common sense, connect to the WiFi your camera selects before opening the app. Its not that hard

It's just shows configuring. Please wait. It's been showing that for 10 mins.

App stays at "Configuring" screen, never goes any farther. Doesn't say a lot about iCatch Technology, Inc., or Polaroid; looking at how many other people also cannot use this app, you'd think they would respond and fix the problem. I want to be able to use the Wifi capabilities! Why else pay for a camera that has that? Disappointed, Polaroid.

Downloaded app and all it does is 'configuring'. I see this has been a common problem which still has not been resolved. I uninstalled this app, still configuring; worthless, I guess the WIFI function on my camera is useless. Received this as a service award at work, at least I'm not out any money. Would not recommend this camera to anyone.

Ok i like the app and the way the pictures download fast the only problem i have is that it doesnt download videos as well as it doesn't work well on smart phones. I was able to use with no problem on my tablet, but when trying to open on my smart phone it crashes. If those things were fixed I'd give it 5 stars.

What's the point of having this app of it doesn't work. I always thought polaroid was a reputable company. I tried calling but the people I spoke to were just complete jerks. Why do they even have a job I'll never know. They were no help at all. They didn't even know what app I was even talking about or the ones who did. Didn't know how to use it.

App just keeps saying configuring. At first this was happening. Finally figured out what to do. Got it working turn on WiFi on camera and open app at same time then it connects .

Turn phone off. Keep it off. Turn on camera, start Wifi. Then turn on your phone and open app. Worked perfectly and took me weeks to figure out!! Hope this helps.

Terrible

I'm constantly trying to upload my pictures but when I try to connect it gives me a message saying, "PLEASE DOWNLOAD CORRECT APP"

Downloaded app like new camera said it ran the little circle in the middle and all it said was configuring 30 min of that and it never did finish polaroid camera not to good either feels like I will break it all cheap plastic sending back

Nevermind the configuring advisory that's all this app allows to happen!!! Highly Unsatisfied.

App is not connecting, needs to be fixed. Works on my LG tablet but not on my Droid Turbo
