NoteLynX Pro Outliner Mindmap Wiki for Android
If this is nec., plse say so, else fix SVP Marshmallow Android on Asus Tablet. Installed non-Pro, changed mind, bought Pro. Have you tested THAT ? Now Pro crashes on Lollipop after update. PRO my fanny !!
The developer has been very responsive in explaining how to remove a note from one of its Categories (it turned out I was unable to "cut links"because I didn't realize that the cut icon was scrolled out of the screen all the time). I think the average user will expect also the following behavior: when the Categorize command is used, the list of available categories is displayed initially checked as per the current state; the use csn then modify the state of the checkboxes snd when he confirms the dialog, the new state is applied (in particular, deselecting a category will remove the node in question from that category).
1. The current note's blue bar was good but now it's colour is gone. 2. Double-tap a note to edit is nigh impossible. The developer is very fast to make changes, improvements and fixes. Fixed: 'Font size craziness'.
Looks great at first with a bit of a learning curve. I'm looking for a WikiMind markdown/wiki replacement that supports images. This looks to do it, but I've got to spend some time learning this one. I wish there was more on youtube, but even more, I wish there were a Windows client as I have large amounts of markdown docs to pull in a format.
Great concept. Useful. Easy to employ. Variety of functions. Responsive developer. Evolving app. Would love to see a PC desktop counterpart.
This is a very unique application. I agree with reviews like not as intuitive as halna and etc. But you can become proficient by spending a little time on youtube, learning from the provided instructions, and playing around. I like to mention the fourth one (not so much publicized) which allows anyone to write and learn the web page programming of html5 and javascript on your android devices. This feature alone worths $$$. Also, it has date stamp. Maybe, the author should provide the time stamp too.
With no PC access, the app is useless for me. Tried BlueStacks but it was a disaster. Found this app awkward to use and navigate with. Too much going back and forth. Really just want an outliner where I can just stay on one page and do everything I need to do without having to constantly navigate to different pages and commands...poorly structured requiring more work to use than it saves...
99.999% of the time. Thanks
I am new with this Programm but I am impressed. I like that my notes are stored in an open format.

long tap short tap double tap cloning - can't get slick at operating this. Could be really useful but so awkward to use. Using Orgzly now.
Good apps
Nearly exactly what I had envisioned for tablet-based book-writing software, but didn't expect to find. Was thinking I'd have to code a whole new app for it myself, but this app is exceptional, and will hold me over for at least a couple years. One of the most pleasurable app-finds I've had so far on the Play store. Excellent job, developer!
Overal zitten pareltjes verstopt. Dit is er zo één.

Please fix: Please remove extra spaces inside when adding tags.
I used to use this a lot and even paid for the full version. But having to use html to get formatting has now sent me away.
This app works in dual app mode on a Galaxy Tab S - being the primary reason I've decided to try it. What's really important though, is being able to see the actual BOLD & italic text in the note as I'm working on it. Makes studying much easier. So I moved up to the pro version. Unfortunately it just gives the code for whatever you're trying to do to the text. It does open a world of potential I've yet to experience and seemingly does it quite well. Thanks for that.
A very powerful and versatile program once you get to grips with it. One point though. This may be something to do with my new phone (a Galaxy Note 4) but the URL, email and phone links no longer seem to work for me. Update: URL now works but email and phone still don't.

Look into adding wiki format creole v2 std. Still using andwiki for my tiddlywikis. Did not try importing wiki2html java script. I like the html in edit mode but it should take wiki/markdown as well. And html should be an option to display novice vs expert mode
The more I use it - the more hooked I get on this brilliant and simple to use outliner and note taking apk! :-) The only thing I miss, is a sister editor for PC, for adding notes and continued editing from the PC. For syncing notes between Android devices (and online-backup) I use the app FolderSync -best in category. NoteLynX have so many features, that it might have a steeper learning curve, if you want to take advantage of all its features - but it is well worth the effort!!! And a responsive developer!
I used to adore this app for multilevel lists I had to make, but this morning it kept crashing on me after adding four or five things to one of my sublists. This is really annoying because it would all of a sudden restart the whole app, or, even worse, it would just close unexpectedly, & I would lose all progress on the note I was writing. This had become very buggy & unstable lately :(
A really good app. Encryption would be a plus, and very much desired. Another feature would be to lock notes to prevent accidental modification or deletion. Notes would still be visible.

I've been using another software named Outliner by Alfred Fritz. But I decided to give NoteLynx pro a try because of its better search engine. Outliner can only search one word. Overall I still find Outliner easier to use. But NoteLynx win out on features. I have some problems & suggestion but I cannot fit it in here because of space constraint.
Great for writing outlines, personal wikis, website bookmark directories, address books, etc. Notes are HTML formatted with CSS and JavaScript support which gives a lot of flexibility. Task list management is included but basic. Dev is responsive to suggestions and continues to improve the App with updates. Just be patient as he's clearly got a lot of requests. Two way Mindmap mode looks interesting - would be useful to have manual control of whether each sub-tree went left or right. :-)
I adore this
...and that was before it included the bracket view! Very handy and versatile. A little learning curve up front, but worth it.
Lots of functionality, formatting options, Infinite notebook hierarchies. Really great app. Would be excellent if had capacity to attach Word/PDF files.
HAVING Tried quite a number of note pads without naming em-this is outstanding unless you don't know how to use it /you're an impatient chap-this one rocks! Kudos guys you have my 5 Stars!

I have used the app on and off for some years now, it works very well no load time lots of features, and always new updates, many thanks:)

Thank you for writing such a helpful application. I purchased the pro version as a result. Awesome. But, 1, how can I bring my free version notes into the pro version ? and Two, How can I update/sync across multiple devices ?? Thanks.
Great work! Dean, you did it. It has a terrific outlook now!
I've found myself using this more and more. While I haven't fully tapped its capabilities, I know what it can do, and it's pretty great.

Very useful. It is perfect if encryption is available.
