Maybe do not install if you might buy PRO unless issue over there is resolved. Developer still says cannot be happening. Testing is NEVER as simple as your matrix would indicate. Promising app, seems just the thing for my little Russian project, but Android has more quirks than Google cares to admit to in public. And Asus. Don't get me started. Prefer dying batteries on Acer tablets to the ZENslab ! But how to keep chill AND support developers of useful app's ? BUT I really like this app, so a 4

Some features described here are in fact only available in the Pro version eg. *Search *Font size *Task done (!) NB.Edit after email fm developers: They have said they will try to work on items not allowed on free version! Admittedly, Pro seems quite good but I'm sticking with my Halna Outliner: free, much more intuitive and easily allows for more details!

Moving is too clunky. That will stop me from using the app. If only you could move, promote & demote from main screen using gestures.

I'm SURE I wouldn't be able to get that specific# from all those years ago....I believe I bought it 4 25¢ on GPlays 1 year anniversary.or a thanksgiving/holiday sale 4 99cents...thx 4 the reply, I guess I'm just SOL. & Regretfully the rating hasn't, nor will it change until n valid licence is ever given back to me...check all my other market ratings& reviews/comments(-GLU MOBILE DEVS),bc NEVER have I claimed anything of the sort... I Added star's bc it's an awesome tool. But not if I can't use it. However...this application was out in the jellybean days ...with the same app's..free& paid..I switched device's and reinstalled ~2 year l8r & now want me to pay $6 for the paid version I've already bought..

Writing and reading big files has been made easy with this app. Try it.

All it has to do is input a tree of data. Why does it behave completely differently at each level of the tree?

This is the best organizing/outlining/mind mapping application on the market. I would say "of its kind" but the fact is, this is one of a kind. It offers more features and applications than I can enumerate. The only thing that keeps me from purchasing the full version is this one little detail (and this is critical to me as a writer): it does not have the ability to output a standard ASCII numbered outline in such as way that I could pull it into Word and go right to work on my book. But maybe some day..?

I am assuming that the developer intended this app for everyone and most importantly to be used on mobile devices. in that sense, it will not be a very usable implementation for many people, except for those that equal complication with usability.

this is by far the most un-intuitive app i have ever used.

NoteLynX Pro is a cumbersome outline because it requires too much tapping. The text is too small and I frequently mistapped a line, requiring me to tap several more times to correct the problem. The biggest problem is that you can't simply type an outline and format the different levels with a tab key, much like Word. Instead it's tap, type, tap, tap, tap for one entry. By the third tap, I've lost my train of thought. Real pain.

User for some time.. of the outliner apps i've tried so far, this is my favorite. Just does what it says with a minimum if fuss. Recommended.

I spent a long time looking for an app that could do a few simple things: Allow notes of any length, allow hierarchies with more than two levels, and allow easy moving of sections of the hierarchy to other spots. This app delivers on all of those, with a very clean interface as well. I highly recommend getting the paid version, if only to reward the developer for an excellent product. Well done!

The concept of this app is very appealing to me, as it reminds me of Personal Brain. However, I'm using it on a tablet, and I can view a lot more text, instead of only using 20% of the width of my tablet, I'd like to see text across the entire tablet. This of course is not the case when viewing or editing a node, this only happens in the overview. If this would be a bit more tablet-friendly, I'd certainly purchase the app.

Needed something reliable and able to handle large projects.. had no problems with this app unlike some i've tried! good idea allowing the outline to scroll left and right when the tree is expanded. i have sent several feature requests to developer who is very responsive and helpful.

Contacted dev, said only targets 2.2, can't help. Used to work great.
