Reading Chinese is extremely important, if you live in a Chinese speaking country, plus it's the best way to learn the language. But reading raw characters has always been difficult. Pinyiner makes it easy. It breaks the characters into words, shows Pinyin above and displays the English meaning if you click on a word. Just copy&paste some text, "Share" it from another app or open a file.
Perfect for reading messages from your friends, Chinese texts on the Web and even whole books. You can also use it as a Simplified/Traditional converter.

Useful, would be great if could change the size of the Chinese characters and not just the Pinyin. Zhuyin would also be a great addition for those who are not from a Pinyin background.

Yeah, like most people the only issue is the back scrolling that happens with text that is too long. Not much of a problem but if it could be fixed then this app would be perfect!

Hi Can You Please Add Listening Support For A Particular Word. There Are Many Free Resources You Can Take Some Database Or API Stuff From Google ETC. It Will Be Great. Thanks.

App has text scrolling bug with longer texts, occurs when scrolling slowly when reading. Bug will cause text to scroll back several pages.

I've used your free version of this software for the past 1 year and really loved it. It has enabled me to read lots of Chinese novels faster and with better understanding. Hence decided to support you by installing the paid version. My only complaint is also the occasional scrolling problems that jumbled up the text but I usually resolve that by exiting and reopening it again. I noticed that for some documents the texts remained jumbled for certain chapter even if I try editing source.
