It is an application that calculates the distance of a plurality of markers that struck on the map.
You can also calculate distances of the routes through the marker.
Route can be selected on foot and by car.
Unit that can be displayed, meter, kilo meter, mile, yard, feet.
If the satellite map mode, it is also possible to measure distances on the golf course.
This needs network connections.

After downloading I went to open the app. I get a pop up. I hit the X and it says loading then another ad. Just a vicious cycle of ads. I never did see the actual app so I uninstalled.

Great app. Hands down extremely easy to use. Most recently (in the last 2 months) has been shutting down after about a minute of use. Galaxy S4.

This is just one unresponsive app. It crashes every time I use it. Even started taking a while to locate my position with gps. Haven't been able to get routes lately. If this was fixed it would be a great app. Note 2

Google Maps (mobile) used to have a distance measure as an option in beta/lab form, but they abandoned it - this app takes its place...

But it is crashing way too often. I rarely get to finish a measurement.
