Had to convert memos to notes by setting up txt files. Was a good time to cull my contacts as not all data imported. Expanded my Task lists usage. Calender function meets my needs. Good desktop, using win 7. Could use better alarm options & easy sync via USB. Update: new Droid Turbo 2 & setup EPIM is working great. Would still like sync via USB & would like sync button on desktop on app menu line so I don't have dig for it. Setup a 2nd USB sync and as EPIM sync on the desktop is always on there is no need to 'dig' through the menu system for synchronization nor have a shortcut button on the menu bar. Great app. 060717 Update: EPIM has auxiliary apps available to help with gliches that aren't routine. EPIM customer service is very helpful & prompt. App. Is routinely being updated. Again. Great App.

Very powerful & user friendly PIM. Wish list: TASKS : 1) Ability to Collapse & Expand all outlines as for Windows version. 2) Consolidated view for ONE selected List. Actually Consolidated view is for ALL Lists 3) Icon to add as Child or Sibling (Same as for Notes) instead of Drop down menu. OUTLINES: 1) Promote/ Demote tools. Changing a Child to a Sibling or vice versa is what is missing in an outlining app.

I live and die by this app for my both my personal and small business to do list. Highly recommend buying the paid version totally worth it. Guys on all platforms. Wish they would add support for hashtags in the notes and to dos but that if the ONLY and I mean ONLY thing missing

WARNING. The Android version of EPIM can filter (display) tasks by category but not by priority. In other words you cannot hide low-priority tasks, to concentrate on the high. If you have 230 tasks in your "work" category, you must view all 230 each time, regardless of whether they are prioritized. Also, instead of giving you 10 to 15 degrees of priority-ranking options, EPIM allows only 5 on the PC (i.e., high, medium, low) but reduces all of them to 3 whenever you sync!! Be prepared to lose all of your prioritization efforts when synchronizing. "Dark mode" produces bright glaring white calendars, not dark ones and bright blue welcome screen. (See screenshots.) Little font control.

Does everything I want it to do. I liked it so much, I got it for my PC as well. The one thing I would like to see is an email client similar to the one provided with the PC version.

This is a great app. It has my address book and my appointments and phone numbers. It syncs up my cell phone and my computer. it is very user friendly and convenient. It's so good that I bought copies for both my PC and my phone.

Fantastic App. Love the fact that it doesn't eat up too much internal memory. Works like a charm even on rooted Android devices. Really excellent!

I was bought the PRO version, but when i change the mobile phone, and download it from googleplay, can not update to PRO. Anyone can help?

Syncs perfectly with PC. Sends emails, awesome client management and calendar. Best one I've used. Wonderful!

3 years and several devices on and I'm still using this app.

Will not sync 2 Google calendars where all others will. I have a work calendar and personal. Seems easy for Calengoo, BC2, aCalendar+ etc.

I LOVE THE NEW INTERFACE FOR MAKING TASKS ON THE CALENDAR. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT :)

I was so excited to purchase app and the online subscription, because the description said every thing that I needed: outlook pc notes, task, calendar and address book would sync on my device seamlessly. In as much as the app is very neat on my device. There is one major flaw. Notes are not categorized as they are in Outlook for desktop. So if one has 2500+ notes categorized neatly in Outlook (desktop) EssentialPIM desktop software will jumble them all up together! Now I contacted Support and was told that I needed to go and add "tags" to each note. This is completely counter productive. for that reason, this app and any desktop software will be deleted. By the way, the tasks are categorized on both desktop and device app nicely. The problem is notes with EssentialPIM. For that major flaw, It is rated poor. Upgrade the app and I may try it again.

More functional than similar apps. I use it to help me with my business, l can easily manage my calendar, tasks, contacts and take notes. Highly recommended!

Good in principle but still full of niggles and never works 100%. Just cannot totally trust it. Doesn't synchronise consistently and misses e mails and appointments, wont archive etc. and hit and miss synchronising with Android. Not prepared to keep paying for upgrades to sort out problems because each upgrade seems to introduce new ones.

It's buggy. It randomly unchecks completed chores, which can be dangerous if we're talking about taking meds. And it randomly marks tasks as completed when they are not, which can be problematic if you miss a deadline at work or fail to perform auto maintenance in a timely manner. I have caught it doing this enough times that I am afraid to trust it. I can only sync it with a cable.

cant see some events created in google calendar. how to import complete gcalendar data? jan 17 events visible but not oct 16//Thanks!! IWB great if sync for 3 years is available.

I use EssentialsPIM to sync my LG phone to PC-Outlook2016. No hiccups seen. Working fine for me.

Useless app will not synch with Google and developer has no idea how to help. Don't waste your money

The app does not set reminders for repeated events. For example, an event which is set to remind everyday at 8am, the reminder is shown only on the first day and no reminders shown for next day and the next although the event is displayed in calendar as daily event. But no reminders are shown.

Fast sync between tablet, PC, and phone. Easy to keep calendar current.

This is the app some of us have been waiting for. I wanted the rich text format and it finally arrived. The best in its class. Full marks.
