Time intensive and buggy . No cut and paste option available! Have to use it for work and it does lengthen my working day. Custom modifications available to taylor the system to your business use/needs. But proves to be very costly to implement!!!! Now doesn't work on Android devices. Can't log on to server, tried multiple android devices. Other users are experiencing same problem! Only solution for now is to use crappy Apple devices!!!
Ok where do i start? First (on samsung phone) buttons until today had no colour so you had to not use in bright light areas or you could easily hit wrong buttons... search history always brings up random results on dates of completed jobs when searching by site, now after an update this morning which vorrected the buttons - i can not search in 2016 at all if i use date range....
Such a bad app. Enormous power hog. Slow. Takes to much time to close a call. Search inefficient.
Using this application is like turning a Windows 10 into dos3.0. A new meaning for the word complicated. :) sorry guys look at review after review.
Deceives the corporate world into thinking this is the way forward . But in reality time wasted on using this junk is going to cost everybody
Have had nothing but problems, been offline for a week, lose imformation and test area jump.
There are no Button images on the bottom of each screen. The make call link does not open the phone in a Note 5.

I've been using this for about a year now and found many bugs which never get fixed. Their solution is to reload the App everytime. I wish my business would pick a different app to use.
A very poor tool that fails 70 per cent of the time a year lots of updates but its still the worst program i have ever used. Each update you loose your history stay away
our company introduced this app. but Wat a waste keeps getting worse. every update is kak. it hangs. freezers. slow. data hungry

It would be easier and more fun to pull out my pubic hair one by one then to continue to use this application. Thank god i am a short term temp.
This is the worst work app ever. Always giving errors. Updates are a mess and almost never working as it should
System lock ups are crazy on this app the server in sa needs improvment and we cant change the sound it makes after an update

This app makes a process that should be simple very difficult. I am new to this app but other employees who have been using this app for years still have troubles. Everyone in my company hates this app and now I see why.
Incredible, They can make this app even worse. It takes a special kind of programer to be able to do that. Before, it crashed constantly. Now ... Always does. Bravo, keep up doing whatever you do.
Mobile magic D1 was much better and as a technician you could do a lot more things on the app
Time consumer. It seams that there was no forethought or workflow walkthrough with field technicians. Im astounded by how much time this program wastes and would not recommend it if your looking to cut down on average call times and paperwork. Also i usually embrace technological advancments and fully support going paperless, but this program seems to be a step backwards. I would recomend spending more time studying the service fields workflow process to help make a more efficient and functional app.

Been using it for 4 months and still hate it. Heavy increase on data usage and battery drain. Login failures with table download errors then you have to start the login process again. Causes heavy time wasting issues on site. A 10 min call can cause 1 hour onsite time to struggle with call closure. Unreliable reporting means you have to keep manual records of time and mileage to ensure proper reimbursal. While busy on a call you are unable to action any other call which makes realtime updating a problem. A lot of buggy issues that needs back-end intervention, necessitates extra calls to the office that adds to costs incurred. Sometimes data doesn't pull through and customer's have to be re-visited for manual sign off for billing purposes. In short, to me, when a mobile call management application causes you to spend more time and money than a manual "paper and phone" system did, it is a failure.
I am now required to use this for work. The 'app' appears to be nothing more than a skin to pull up the mobile web page. The service is sluggish and not intuitive to use. Time entry / editing is cumbersome and options are extremely restricted though some of that may be how my company has it configured. As with any app, if you can't pick it up and use it right away, it's not good. I had to sit in a two hour training to 'learn' how to use what should be simply filling in data fields.
Buggy. After update, app freezes on splash screen on my LG G3. Been waiting for an update for a month, so I'm basically done until we get an update. Update. It's now been 3 months and this application does not work on either my G3 or my Shield Tablet.
Our buisness spend million on this application and its one big disaster. The app looses our customer problem codes, freezes, and millage and over time is one massive disaster. Our stats on the backend is such a mess as well, not sure how u can give corrected reporting to your clients.
Forget it if you're looking for an app in mission critical work environments such as HVAC or Security. This app will only lead to many embarrassing moments in front of your customers.

Updates everytime i log in.. if it wasnt for work purposes i would delete and send owner hate mail..asstear...
So many issues
The work flow of the processes could be maximized, but the app works pretty well. Instead of typing closure notes on the closure tab, then having to go back to activity and stop work, then go back to the closure tab to select closure codes is tedious. I usually stop work and then select closure codes and write notes because I don't like going back and forth between the tabs. This does not calculate the time spent writing these notes, which is only a few minutes... but it adds up.

Horrible app. If your company decides to use this program, you should quit. Save yourself headache after headache. Someone referred to this progam as going from win 10 to dos. Atleast dos worked. Im better off calling dispatch and using a pen and notepad....
