2010 Yılı Mart ayında kuruluşu gerçekleşen şirketimizin, başlangıçta Kadir Has Stadyumu ve Kadir Has Kongre ve Spor Merkezinin işletimi sorumluluğu ile sınırlı olan faaliyetleri;

Günümüzde 19 Tesis işletimi ve birçok spor organizasyonun yapıldığı, 5.500.000 (Beş Milyon Beşyüz Bin)TL. sermayeli, 236 personelin istihdam edildiği, KOBİ yönetmeliğine göre “ORTA BÜYÜKLÜKTE İŞLETMELER” sınıfında değerlendirilen bir yapıdadır.

Başta Kayserili vatandaşlar olmak üzere tüm vatandaşlarımızın tesislerden daha fazla faydalanması, daha fazla spora yönlendirilmesi gibi amaçlarının yanı sıra sahip olduğu üst düzey tesislerin layık olduğu şekilde yönetilmesi şirketin ana hedefleri arasındadır.

Şirketimizin faaliyet döneminde Kayserispor, Erciyesspor, Agü Bayan Basketbol Takımlarımızın tüm iç saha müsabakalarına ev sahipliği yapmanın yanı sıra 2010 Dünya Basketbol Şampiyonası A Grubu Müsabakaları Fıfa U20 Dünya Kupası B Grubu 2.tur ve Çeyrek Final müsabakaları, Ziraat Türkiye Kupası 2011 Finali, Spor Toto Erkekler Türkiye Kupası Finalleri, 27. Erkekler Basketbol Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası Avrupa Basketbol Şampiyonası grup eleme karşılaşması Türkiye-İtalya gibi ulusal ve uluslar arası bir çok organizasyona kusursuz ev sahipliği yapma başarısını göstermiştir.

Ayrıca Kayseri'nin sosyal hayatına renk katan Anadolu Harikalar Diyarı içerisinde yer alan Buz Pisti, Spor Tesisleri, Sukaypark gibi tesislerle faaliyetlerine devam etmekte ve yerli ve yabancı birçok turisti şehrimize getirmektedir.

Kayseri'nin dört bir yanına dağılmış olan spor tesisleri ile Kayserili vatandaşlarımızın sosyal hayatını canlandıran ve küçükten büyüğe bütün bireylerimize spor yapabilme imkanı taşıyan şirketimiz yıl boyunca gerçekleştirdiği spor aktiviteleri ve projeleri ile de tüm Türkiye'nin örnek aldığı ilklere imza atmıştır.

2012 Mart ayı içerisinde faaliyet gösterdiğimiz sektörde Türkiye’de ilk ve tek ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetimi Sertifikası almaya hak kazanmış olan şirketimiz hizmet ve yönetim kalitesi anlamında da başarılarını tescil ettirmiştir.

Also located in the Anatolian Wonderland Ice Rink adding color to the social life of Kayseri, Sports Facilities, the plant continues to operate with as many local and foreign tourists Sukaypark and brings to our city.

Kayseri has also introduced many firsts to the whole of Turkey sample taken by the four corners of uplifting the social life of our Kayseri citizens with sports facilities are scattered and small to large with the opportunity to make sport of all our people that realized throughout our company in sporting activities and projects.
