DIGITUS Plug&View

Horrible! App is crashing constantly. Time delay for remote control of the camera is really annoying. Hardware is badly secured against hacking. Experienced such attempts several times and had to switch off power or wifi! A total waste of money! Are the staff members in this company being supervised in what they are doing? Maybe accessing contact information on the phones of their customers?

Contacts permission, really? Why?

Crashing a lot. Not like a native app. Very slow . crash before showing the live view. Please fix it. I am going to return the camera while it crashes before showing the camera live.

Doesn't work on android tablet. Can't get a live image. Keeps crashing/"reconnecting". Works fine on iPhone though. Please fix it!

Keeps phone awake if program still running in background. Locks up a lot. Can't view events, tries to open them and then says please try again. Doesn't seem like events are stored as jpg or avi files and nothing can open them to view.

Easy to use. Can get video stream, snapshot, audio with P2P cloud service. Really no more DDNS & port forwarding setting is needed. Great surveillance solution for user without networking knowledge.
