I have valid membership for one full year starting today. When i want to add my trip. It always error and the app suddenly close by it self. When i want try to see terms and service the app said it's only for customer with voucher which i already have and use it for log in . Come on.......

It says nothing about your account. Can't find out what your policy covers. Their printed summary is useless and confusing so I was hoping this app would help. Instead, its just another portal for apps a seasoned traveller already has: flight tracker, currency exchange, translator. Your entering your policy number is just to verify that you can use their app. It doesn't even remember it! So I have to memorize the number in order to use the app that is just a collection of third-party apps. Waste of time!

The Chat is horrible. Messages are always delayed and sometimes are not even sent. This is most important function in the app, if you can't get it right, don't put it online. SCAM

It's the second time I unsuccessfully try using this app, after buying Assist Card insurance. Every time I attempt to enter my ID number, I get a message saying it's "expired," even though I haven't even started my trip yet.
