POC Telephony App

This app is no good!!!! What use is it if the office doesn't receive all your punches!??!?!? Outside of that, it's beginning to freeze more often...Hate it. Don't think it's safe for my phone.

Worked great until 2 weeks ago. Now it continues to say no schedules for today... Smh becoming a hassle

This app is only good for my employer...there needs to be a feature for us employees to be able to see our hrs for the day or week..some sort of time sheet were able to view and save if wanted...

The app works great if on a smart phone that has no social media apps, and if the office does the schedule. My app works great but probably only because i have a different phone for social media and internet games.

It freezes alot haven't been able to use for 3 days please fix

This app freezes and does not work when I can't get good phone reception. It is a frustrating piece of garbage technology. I wish it did work~it would save me a lot of time.

This app sucks! It's slow, doesn't work all the time, and crashes my phone. It causes my phone to run slow. Also freezes a lot and is just very bad!!!

This app is absolutely dreadful. It crashes everytime I use it and have only successfully punched in 2 or 3 times!!!!

Crashes on loading, between pages, after non-use for any length of time, and before 8am. Can't use with Wi-Fi enabled on phone. Other than that, very useful and fast alternative to calling the POC.

This APP HAS problems. Nice to see that YOU decide to try. But needs work. Continue to modify this app, put IT in the winners circle.

This freezes my phone and wouldn't let me do as i was instructed to do. Needs more work before ready for use.

I can't even get the app to open so I can clock in and out. Keeps saying "visit verification keeps stopping"

Much easier to use than calling telephony but it's crashed on me and made me late clocking in and out and wish you could see total hours at the end of the pay period
