Teenage Rehabilitation app enables you to keep a track of your child’s physical and emotional health on a daily basis. Sleep and Diet Tracker along with Emotional Health Record and a Monthly Exercise log has been included.
The Sleep and Diet Tracker sheet helps you to record your child’s sleeping habits along with the daily meals. Keeping a detailed record of your child’s sleeping habits can be used to check if any required changes are needed.

The Emotional Health sheet focuses on the emotional changes that you child might go through. A separate section has been included to track your child’s mood over time. Provision has been made so you can also change these fields to suit your particular situation.

The Exercise Log sheet helps you to keep a track of your child’s physical exercise for the whole month on a weekly basis. It summarizes the time spent on fitness using the log sheets.

The Meal Planner helps you to plan and organise your various meals in order to follow a certain diet plan.
