Laboratory Test Reports

Laboratory Test Report app enables physicians, medical officers and laboratories to track and record the test reports of patients.
Entering data is simple. Enter the name and address of the lab where the test was performed. Enter various details of the patient and the investigation/test performed. Results of the test can be entered in the clinical notes section.
Special Drug Form sheet is provided where the unit and quantity required for a patient can be specified.
Space is also provided for additional information.
You can also share the test reports with colleagues, or just simply store on your local system and get a printed copy to keep around your desk.
