Says "property (code) of class (class com.aspiration.auth.signupcommand) with value (maa) does not pass" and won't let me sign up.... Not a good start.... Tried every brand new unrelated passwords I've never used so it wouldn't be recognized as related to my email and it still won't go through

Last update made the app useless. Their answer is to log in to their web site which is not very reliable lately. Time to change banking.

So far I'm really happy with Aspiration and the app, including the updates. The only issue I've run into is the deposit check portion. I just get an error message saying to try again later.

I'm so glad the fingerprint problem was finally fixed. But still, there is no option to avoid the splash page. *Every* other bank app lets you sign in immediately. Why burden regular, existing account holders with this obstacle?

Thank you for finally fixing the app so it doesn't crash every time I try to log in. Hopefully it'll continue to work!

Can't log in

Simple app with a great checking account. Love the reimbursable ATM fees and pay what's fair monthly fees. However due to the fact that this bank only exist online, when the app experiences issues, it is quite frustrating. Aspiration needs to add the check depositing to their website as currently the only way to deposit a check is through the app.

I would NOT recommend this bank!! Their policies as stated are not what they actually do. They've been holding a part of a check I deposited, for over a week, no reason or remedy given. Their customer support is a joke. Don't use this bank!

Since the update it doesn't allow me to sign in through the app even though I verify with their codes and havr changed my password. I am thinking about giving up my account for the sheer fact this app is not working. If they were a brick and mortar bank I wouldn't mind but this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a digital bank. Get it together.

I enjoy using this bank. As with some of the reviews, it does take some more time to process things... but I love the ATM rebates and ease of use. I had some problems with the app as well after the update. I was unable to use the fingerprint login... but i uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it worked. So I would suggest that for everybody.

Since the latest update, app is not reliable. Fingerprint login doesn't work, balance was even wrong compared to online account, had to re install to get to show correct balance. Please fix the app. It worked great before this update.

Closed all my accounts, had to move all my funds, its kind of ridiculous to think that you've been on the short end of the stick for so long. My new favorite bank

I've experienced some instability with the login process. (Sometimes I get errors saying my credentials are incorrect, or the fingerprint reader fails indefinitely.)

Was great, but can no longer log in on app. Password not recognized, even after changing twice on website. Fingerprint is recognized but then asks for (always wrong) password.

It was great until recently stopped loading or permitting login on *Android* devices. CSRs would not provide alternative to use Payment feature only available within the app was told "Tech Engineer Team working in a fix" disappointed expected higher level of service on an issue that seems to be impacting a small subset of droid users...???

Since a recent update the app says my credentials are incorrect. I am putting my credentials correctly, please fix this issue immediately.

Edited review again. Firstly, since you guys are so forward thinking, you should start getting involved with crypto (for more than one reason...). Sounds crazy (or does it?) but, add wallet support (at least BTC for starters), ability to put it somewhere as investment, etc. So many crazy opportunities there. Get creative with how it could work. Lack creativity? Hire me. Not being able to send a check from the PC site is a bit strange. I also have the wrong password on fingerprint problem, feels bad.

Great app for investing and saving but I wish I could lock my card like BofA to avoid spending anything or at least set how much I spend monthly from the card before it locks itself for the month, again, like BofA. It's really hard to save when the money is very accessable and prone to be spent with a swipe of a card. Would love to see a bit more details and partnership with other apps. I've used this card to invest and the bank gave false errors that my account was low and returned the money which is great only if I had low funds so being a new bank and online, when the app/data becomes corrupt, so does the account for that moment. Luckily it is all insured.

No longer accepts my finger print - I now have to enter password each time I log in. Can't submit a foreign currency check via photo ????

It's a cool idea but the app is very dysfunctional still. Every time you update there are new login issues

Update: Deleting and reinstalling the app corrected the fingerprint issue. The most recent update to the app messed up fingerprint login. Other than that everything seems to be working ok at least for the app itself.

I'm order to change your address you must jump through hoops. My card was stolen and they mailed a replacement to the address i told them not to. I got the card and then tried to change my address only to have to resubmit the form because none of the addresses i put in were correct. Such an inconvenient way to do business. Back to wells fargo only

Generally like the app however the app does not allow me to log on with my fingerprint anymore. I try to turn the function on, then it automatically turns back off. Please fix!

Wow. First login after signing up, incorrect info on homepage and crashes after attempting to access a section. Not a great first look, guys. Not a great first look...

Newest Update Problem: Fingerprint Login says "Incorrect Password" and makes me manually enter it. Please fix.

AHHHHH! The app won't open! It just crashes! I opened a bank account and now I can't use their APP! ????

Overall great experience. However, with the latest update the fingerprint scanner no longer works and prompts you to enter your password to log on. I would like to see the corrected soon

After the update you can't login to the app or website and it's been over a week and no updates yet.

Updated because they fixed the bug where it kept crashing.

Doesn't work. Does not let me log in

Haven't spent much time on it but it looks simple and has all I would want. Transferring money is quicker than I imagined.

Can't use the app after the update, seems I'm not the only one.

Since the update, I have to uninstall and reinstall too frequently. It won't accept my password.

Took longer than promised to open account and move money. Still cant login.
