Waste of money on the dongle.

This program is a piece of junk it does not work at all and when it does it crashes after each press do not waste your money or time on this

Followed directions such as turning volume up on Android device and it's working with both Sony TV & Xfinity cable box. I wonder if people calling this junk follow directions & also have the zmart hardware plugged in? Someone also said won't work with Nexus 7, but working with mine just fine. So take all these negative reviews with grain of salt. That said, the test thing is confusing that says look for white light. I ignored that part & just set up rooms and devices & it works. So off one star for that.

It stops workin every 10 seconds...i couldnt even get it to stay on long enough to connect to my tv! T sucks!!!

Activation code? How do I know if it will even fit my needs? Sure, I'll just pass out my debit card info and cross my fingers....

After failing to get Zmart Remote to accept the registration number for my transmitter, I loaded Zmart Pro. It accepted the registration number so I thought I was on my way. However, it always stopped working in the middle of programming the remote. It didn't matter if it was searching for the device or "learning" from another remote. It always failed with a note that it had stopped working. I have tried 2 transmitters, both had the same result. Unless the app can be fixed on Moto X it is useless to me.

Out of my 6 TVs, it works on 1. A 15 year old CRT that we are getting rid of.

This app needs work, on one phone it crashes after every button I push on another it has no problems. But I can't use it on the one I need to cuz of the crashing problems...

GUYS THE ACTIVATION CODE IS : type 4 times XXXX and would pop message like this: your phone is activated..just now i tried and succeed !! But the app dont work :/

Constantly crashes on gs4, can't learn in remotes, only sony tv works, whem it isn't crashing. Just buy a harmony.

Does not work at all. Cant find any codes and you cant manually input them either. Total crap

I spent 15 dollars on the "smart remote" crap! They gave me the wrong activation code on the dongle (little thing that plugs into headphone port). Atleast thats what this app says is wrong. But I would only expect the app to be just as good as the product in which it supports. In this case, it sucks! Would NOT recomend this to anyone until this "activation code bug" is fixed.

App has ads for a product that the customer paid for already. App also crashes regularly. Drop the ads!!

They want you to 'purchase' and 'activate' their special little Audio IR Dongle, when you can easily make one or purchase one online for under 2$. To make sure you buy from them, you have to 'activate' the software before use. This is a blatant ripoff.

It does work. Annoying to have ads when you've already paid for the product. Would be 3 stars without the ads and 5 stars if it didn't crash.

As far as I can tell the dongle works just fine. The problem is the app. Boosting signal strength turns 5 into 555555 and Ch+1 into Ch+20. And it crashes A LOT. But if you have the patience to keep trying it's really neat when it works.

Want me to buy something? Then it takes me to an expired domain. Everything relating to this app is offensively rubbish

This was just what I was looking for as I don't yet have a smart tv. the setup was easy, but the app crashes about every 3rd button press. After several emails between the company and myself, nothing was solved. It was an inconvenience, but I could deal with it. I used the product for about a week when it suddenly stopped working. Looking at the dongle through a cell phone camera revealed that the dongle was putting out no signal. I am writing the company, but I really don't expect any help. Stay away from this product unless they improve it. I will amend this review with any news from the company.

My TV isn't supported, and even devices that are don't fully respond. App also crashes frequently. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

The app continuously crashes on my phone (galaxy victory). The dongle does not seems to work on my tablet (ainol fire). Overall a big disappointment.

Only works without constantly crashing on Android 2.3 and below. Has ads that are over $5.00 to remove...on a device the customer already purchased. Stay as far away from this company and these products as you possibly can.

Software requires you to buy a subscription before you can get to use it.
