when a long-term project is just started, there are a lot of things to do and risks to check. It’s obvious that all of them cannot be done at the first week or month. Moreover 10 of them have highest priority and each these tasks can take hours to be done completely. So it’s necessary balance them together as well as other routine tasks to be done during each iteration.
