Aspect WFM Mobile - Enterprise

This app is slow and unreliable. It doesn't let me view my schedule or it shows the wrong times to request time off. This app is extremely disappointing to use, and the interface is horrible!

Still garbage even after updates. Let's me log in, but does not load my teams schedules. Does not let me make My edits. Essentially all I can do is long in. Absolutely useless.

I was supposed to be able to request time off from work while at home. I tested it at work and it worked fine. Now, when I need to request time off I'm not able to. I get an error that says "you need to restart your session, click here". Clicking "here" does absolutely nothing and there's no option within the app to "restart session" or sign out and sign back in. This app sucks. Now, I have to call in sick and take an occurrence because I can't request time off from home like I was supposed to be able to.

Unreliable. Lucky if I could see group PTO balances, much less put in PTO requests. Maybe that's just my employer's setup; maybe it's the app; but either way, it's not terribly useful.

Worst app EVER! Never works! Constantly just gives "webpage not available" error! Such a disappointment.

This app is only good for seeing your schedule. Mostly buggy and it hasn't changed at all in a year. Total garbage.

Never ever ever works no matter what I do. Directions provided by my employer have been followed and still nothing other than errors

It will let me log in, then it won't do anything. It's just a blank screen

The layout for group&intra day balances isn't showing balances on the calendar view with the date covering it. Intra day bal. List is very unattractive not easy to read

This app is extremely slow. It's a job just to check my schedule and make changes. 15 minutes and it's still not loading.

Worked for a few days and that's it. Had to keep signing in and it does not accept my username and password now. Can't see if they are offering OT at work.

No clue what the app does. Havent been able to register my device for months even though my company gave out a link.

It never works! Uninstall, reinstall. Nothing. Horrible app.

App is OK. The last email pish for it said it would now include INTRADAY STAFFING to view real time availability for OT/VTO... but still no option found for that. Blindly applying for VTO and OT is stupid IMO

To see pto/vto you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Once I did that I was able to see it, however there is a greater lag in time it takes to go from viewing vto to getting to your schedule then getting to add a request for vto. If they would fix that lag or make it quicker to get to request it, if rate higher.

This app will not take my login and it needs to work properly everytime, as much money the company makes this app should not fail.Also ppl shouldn't be held accountable or have to go out of there way going to work just to put in vto due to the app failing.worst exp ever

If you are having issues, delete and reinstall. This allowed all the new options for me.

Still not able to see the intra staffing schedule even though the poster updates at work said we could. Is annoying having to go to another brower to see the intra staffing

Works great. I just need to be able to see group balance for time off and intra-day staffing balance for VTO/OT availability then it would be perfect.

Won't even let me login. I keep getting 404 error code.

New version still doesn't allow you to see Intra-Day Staffing so what's the point!!!!!

Couldn't login... Kept getting error message.

Was working really well for 3 months. The just stopped. Couldn't log in wouldn't connect with server or anything.

I can put in time off and check to see if vto is available right from home

Since the last update, cannot use app. Won't allow me to log in at all

Love it! It's convenient being able to check my schedule and request time off through my phone.

I enter the link and the page goes white and I can't log in...

Needs simplicity and reliability, has neither.

Once in a while works like it should but most of the time I get an error message, have to log in twice on 2 different pages, loads for a very long time after schedule anything. Lately it doesn't allow me to sign in, sign in page only reloads it does not give me any instruction.

It doesn't work once you put in your url it gives you the general logon screen then once you click it goes to a white screen error message. Would love to be able to use it, but can't get in.

Need to get a better app developers, app barely works too many errors and bugs that need fixing

I get a 404 error everytime I login, which isn't a big deal because it still let's you past that. My issue is the drop down menus under time NEVER work. Which pretty much makes this app useless unless you're just checking your schedule. This is a major problem. App works fine on my iphone. This is an android only issue apparently.

Ii is asking for a URL and I am trying in what I type online and it then it comes up and as soon as I click Log in it say I do not have permission and it don't even give me a chance to type my log in info. It did not use to ask for that when I had it before
