I love Asos. Great company. Great customer service. And the quality/price value is also great. I've been ordering from them for years and this app just makes the process that much easier. The app doesn't necessarily track your order in detail... that feature is however I necessary seeing as they mostly always deliver your order as per promised. For the few times that they don't... customer service is top of the line. Quick responses. Quick solutions.

This is a perfect app. The ONLY problem is that you can't see which other colours your item is available in. This must be possible. If two items have the same description, when you click on one, you should be able to select the colour that you want from a drop down menu. This would be so much easier than having to search for other colours that may or may not exist. Please add this function!!!

Great app for a great shop. App works very well, with videos of all the clothes. The shop stocks lots of brands and has easy free returns. Very nice. My only quibbles would be that I think the size guides are generic, not specific to the brands, and also items only stay in your basket for 1 hour, which is really annoying!

Smooth transactions. App is easy to use. Love the free returns and delivery, which is registered mail. Delivery is quite mess up at times. Late delivery and customer service can't track where the items are only keep asking you to wait for 48hrs to get back to us, but will never get back. Should greatly improve on this service.

I love asos and I love having the premier account. I wish there was more independent street wear that went on sale thought and was part of of the premier account. I also wish I could get a job at asos. When I've been sent through wrong thing or something broken I think we should get a partial refund instead of having to print out a new label etc etc. Maybe more categories and subcategories because there's so much on there I'm always looking for hours

LOVE LOVE LOVE ASOS! First off, if you havent already get the 2 day shipping- which is a fantastic price for the year! And im always buying and returning things so when sales happen i have a better chance of getting a size up with the 2 days, although i guess you can also order multiple sizes at checkout to avoid any issues. Im a huge fan and kind of dont want to write a review cause I want to keep the best deals to myself

All in all its quite good... except for when an item is out of stock then it shouldnt be amongt those that are still in stock... Which is kinda dissapointing... And also... if i am going to be paying an extra £20 for express delivery then the delivery time range should be worth my extra money and be less like for example 5 days

You guys waited to long for an app. Glad its here! So far so good. Sometimes on larger searches it's slow to load once you reach the bottom of your device. Overall haven't had problems.

Sizing of late has been a little hit & miss!? However never deters me from trying due to free returns & even more so with the yearly one off payment for free next day delivery (for £9.95) Love asos & app!!

Best looking shopping app I've had the pleasure of using. Very easy to navigate. Really like the product photography. Don't have to jump through hurdles to make purchases. Big boys struggling in retail can learn something from this app.

Doesn't show which other colours are available so you have to browse through the whole catalogue to find out if a product comes in a different colour. A back in stock section would also be helpful.

I'm on this app far more than I should be, it's v. easy to use and the layout is great. I'd like to see a bit more "sustainability" info on the items on the app. I often follow links from "ASOS eco edit" but the app descriptions don't echo the eco. Might just help people make a more conscious choice to support sustainable fashion if they stumble across this type of item.

Would be good to see a function that enables you to see products in all available colours. Also, when I accidentally select a product it will sometimes give a larger image with "see more" underneath, but the app then stops responding so I have to come out and go back in again, losing my search.

Love Asos, there's so much choice and something for everybody! The app can sometimes go slightly glitchy for me if I apply too many search filters though.

Love asos (bank balance doesn't) but the app is driving me mad. The filters dont work. You put your size in and it shows things that are out of stock or not available in your size. Whats the point in that?

They provide a lot of choices and have free delivery for items for than $20. Since I live in Singapore this free delivery feature is really helpful. Not to mention there are so many worth while deals

Love asos. Love the app. I only order the asos brand products from here as they're the most interesting. Sometimes the express postage is a waste of time, actually, most times it arrived after the set date. Otherwise asos is awesome

Good app and I use it virtually every day but recently it's started logging me out and I'm constantly asked to sign in again it's very annoying. Loses a star for this until glitch fixed.

This app updated and then lost all my saved items - a real let down given I shop so much on asos. Filtering by size feature also appears to be broken as it now shows me items which are out of stock in my size. Sort it out and I'll rethink my rating. Update: Now works well again. Thank you for sorting this out! I have also revised my rating up!

Love Asos even though I have a love/hate relationship with the automatic movement of cart items after a certain time limit. Honestly, the make it very easy to spend money, too much money. lol

This app and store are AMAZING! Quality clothing and incredible prices. App is so easy to use (way too easy to spend my money!). Returns aren't an issue but have only ever returned one item due to size.

Asos is leading the industry with their standout look apart clothing... I get you have to charge money... But they could let off the price A little...over all dope clothing

Forced to use the app as after 10mins browsing the website it kept erroring and crashing(firefox?). The app works flawlessly and is a little snappier and intuitive than the website

Love Asos! So easy to find what you want, track orders and returns. Free delivery is always fab and their voucher system for return customers is great. I buy for myself and my boyfriend.

Just have always been a big fan of Asos aube day one.. I love most of the clothes.. But have noticed the quality of the brand is not as good as it used to be..

Shopping on Asos is fun, easy, safe. The free delivery makes shopping interesting, instead of spending money on delivery cost, you use it to buy more stuff. In all, Asos is da bomb, the App makes sense too.

Fantastic, haven't shopped in a while on asos and i got an email giving me 20% off, brilliant range of clothing I don't buy clothes anywhere else, I'd give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Been using the ASOS app since last year and have always loved shopping on it! The sales are amazing! 10/10 would recommend people to use the app for online shopping.

I've been trying to set up an asos account multiple times to no avail. Keeps saying I'm nearly there and then says uh oh. Have tried with a few emails and Facebook log in. I've given up.

I like this shop. Great brands popular and less known for those of us who like trendy mature looks. Price points very from vary affordable to ridiculous. Great find overall.
