I need a PDF file and can not get it
To often it seems 2 have a mind of their own!
I put in for travel time and never got paid I do not like silverlight
I can't update on my android.
It's great my mom uses it for her time

when manager signs, signature is rejected if it goes above or below the lines. fix this, It's unnecessary and unfair to store managers. also, i need to copy and paste numbers for quantity because they cannot be entered into box. also needs fixing
I sign says out of date hit update Uninstall or open I open and to start over but can go through
Print so tiny, cannot use. Day of week gone
I can't open my documents. Please tell me what I can do

It's annoying completing the call reports when you anwser a question and it scrolls back to the top. I scroll down again, anwser another and then it scrolls to the top again...
It pops up an error when clicking on call report. Need this fixed asap please. Old version was better. Dont fix it if it ain't broke
It will not let me put in my call report please fix so I can get paid for time I have worked.
Completed call reports and app did not record or upload them I didn't get credit for my time and am still waiting to be paid I hate this app
It's Ok in general. But the App crashed again after I update to the latest version.I have to try to install it again...
I really really really do not like the latest update one used to be able to take and rotate their phone and be able to see the weekday and now that's gone. Could you please restore that.
It keeps logging me out if I use offline mode and not uploading the reports! Why? Who knows, as I never get a response from the development team that they have forwarded my issues to. Ok, latest update is that online mode doesn't work in stores anymore, but offline mode seems to work a lot better. Designed for phones, works best on my wifi only tablet, the tab 4
I only have two tabs, schedule and assigned. I'm unable to view opportunities to schedule new events. I thought this was how the app was supposed to be until we stopped having events automatically assigned and needed to start accepting them ourselves. Help!
Advantage needs a hotline that actually answers calls when I am having Jet issues and am in the field. And why not respond to some of the questions on this page in case anyone else is having the same problem. It's impossible to get a live person at the moment you need it. Your responses are directing people to call the hotline but there's no one there to take the call. Nice dodge..
I love being able to do everything from my phone. The only issue I have is that the administration time should be available for us on the call report. Right now you have to save the questions and it tells you you should have administration time but you have to back out and go back in to enter it.
It was a little bit of a learning curve but this app works great once you figure it out. Id much prefer to have it all on my phone or portable tablet than have to logon to my dinosaur of a computer tower to view my schedule and update time card. I never worked for a company that provided us with such a portable time management app. Kudos to Advantage Solutions for putting in the time and effort to create this convenient time saver of an app!
It was great when I was just an ES. Now that I'm an Engagement Field Trainer, it doesn't have what I need. There's still no way for me to add things to my own schedule. Totally frustrating. Update: jet is still a little buggy when filling out call reports but over all, much better. UPDATE 2: IF ASM decides to take away JET on the website, then we need access to our pay stubs on the app/program as well. Pay roll is a pain to deal with as is. At least give us access to our pay stubs via app as well.
Great app. Not quite as user friendly as I like apps to be, but once you know what you're doing it can be a great way to log your events on the go. As an event specialist who's always on the go this is the app for me.
WHY is the DAY of the WEEK been removed..along with the date I want to also see the DAY..mon, tues, wed, thurs etc etc..Put it back like it was with the day of the week next to date on each daily calendar view.
Maybe the application would be better if it had an option where you can see a full week at a time. The application doesn't even work the way the images shows it to work.
Needs more user research, so design would be user-centered. User Experience design is very important.
Why is there advertisement that interferes with the app
Why isn't there an opportunity tab like in the photo
It seems to be a decent app for work, I like it.

I hate this app..you can't see a weekly or monthly calendar. You can't see where the travel is no little icon to help see where you left off. It is a very frustrating app. Just like the main page on a full size computer. I downloaded silver light which I have and can't get into that either anymore.
Easy crash and lock up when moving from one WiFi to another. Can only enter one time in and out on a job. Do we have to falsify time reported if we cannot finish and need to go back.
This App is a phathetic piece of garbage. The designer of this app should be fired. Works half of the time, keeps telling me to update app, even though I update over and over, or if I go to the desktop I keep getting the error message to install "Silverlight",which is already installed. I don't understand how a company can put this out and expect employees to use this frustrating , pitiful attempt at technology. Just Sad.

Ever since I installed this app, I log in then I'm told I'm out of date. Install latest version I hit that and am sent to install site which sends me back to log in. Then I log in again. Not good!
