With this app you can get rid of your bad habits, like smoking, eating sweets or you can have new habits that you want to adopt like waking up early, exercising everyday. By using this app, you can track your daily goal and get motivated for the next day and finally for your 21st day.

App does nothing. Maybe if you could type in the actual goal it would be better. But unfortunately it is not user friendly at all.
