Weather Whiskers App & Widget

This app is part of my young daughter's evening weatherman routine. She checks the current weather then we look out the window to confirm. We also check the weather in far away places. Cute and educational! I have no real complaints, but like all apps it does crash sometimes, and can use up some data.

Can't get much better than cool cats to go with your weather. Only complaints are that I bought some of the background packs & the app only seems to always use the same few from the packs instead of a variety from them. Wish they would cycle through more of them. Also wish they included the "Feels Like" temperature in addition to the actual. But another plus is the developers get back to you fairly quickly if you e-mail them with an issue. A useful app that is cute & fun too.

I love the cats and their take in the weather, very cute! Agree a radar map would be wonderful. I'm wondering about emergency weather alerts also. That's a major need in my area so when spring comes along I'll have to switch apps to stay updated probably :(

This app is the best thing(maybe ever) that I've downloaded on my phone. It's so funny and cute and surprisingly accurate. It gives me a smile each time I look at it. And as a side note, I live in a very small town, so the first day or so I had it, it took a VERY long time to load my local weather.. BUT now that I've had it for a while, it loads nearly instantly.

So I love the app, when it works. Half the time it won't load. But when it works, its great and cute. Super cute. Emailed support about load issue and they email back the standard "reboot your phone and relaunch the app." routine. Like this is the 90s and cell phone are just sooooo new! Buddy- I've been rebooting and relaunching since before you were born. So needless to say, support sucks.

I love the idea of it, and it's SO cute. Makes me smile evert time. I would give it five stars if it didn't take so long to load/refresh the forecast screen so often, and if it offered a 10- or 15-day forecast instead of just a 5-day.

Crashes often during refresh. Seems to cycle thru just a few kitties instead of using all available. Good customer service but suggestions didn't work for me. So DAMN cute though! I enjoy it when I can and hope for a miracle update... please!

Lately it has been taking way too long to download the areas of the weather. That poor Kitty is pulling on the Little Wheel thingy for , sometimes this month, as long is 5 minutes and sometimes even longer (I haven't counted them), I'll put the phone down and when I come back it's still hasn't loaded.

Haven't had it long enough for 5 stars since our weather has been quiet but it has been very good so far. Makes me smile and get a chuckle every time I open it. Good job guys!

Adorable and cute! Works well and is easy to understand. Sometimes it doesn't connect or gives an error message, but I can understand that once in a while. Would give more stars but for the errors and, also, apparently Cardiff, Wales has no weather. It has never shown it to me.

dis is Wa beter dan mi old app. Peepl saying dis is a bad app are rong. Edit: I have Pevely MO and Pevely Missouri but it has two different weathers in the same place. Please fix and I will add a star. but still SUPER CUTE app

I Love this app - WHEN IT WORKS ! I bought both the Professionals Pack @ £0.79 and the Masterpieces Pack @ £1.58 as I genuinely love it. but half the time nothing loads, so I turn off present location, then maybe I get ONE of my 5 stored locations to work but then nothing else works again and all I get is "Oh No! Something went wrong, Plz try again soon". I have two other weather apps installed an they work PERFECTLY, so it is obviously bug or serious fault with this App. I would say out of 20 times it works perfectly 3 times (no exaggeration) so PLEASE, PLEASE fix it. P.S. I have this on both my Sony Z5 Phone and Z4 Tablet, running Android 6.0.1 and they are rebooted EVERY day and I have uninstalled/reinstalled a few times, but the result is still the same :-(

Love this app. Honestly i use it more for the cats than the weather. My only issue is with the widget, it seems to always default to the top city that you've added to your list. I wish there was a way to tell the widget how to default. I end up deleting all other cities so i don't get an inaccurate forecast.

The app is adorable, and seems fairly accurate when I can get it to load. The majority of the times I go to open it or refresh the widget, I'll just get the loading screen on an infinite loop. I'd give it 5 stars if it would work more often.

It has cute and funny pics and is accurate. There are many other features as well. My only suggestion is to make some things more legible and understandable. I also wish the picture packs were less money

Not only is this app adorably cute, but it is very accurate. I'm glad I found it. I was looking at all diff ones and seen this one and thought why not. Well it's turned out to be a keeper! Great job guys!

ER~MAH~GERD!!! I LOVESSSS this app! It is SO TOTES cute AND the weather is always right and it's full of kittehs...which I LOVE! I LOVE the kitteh widget which I have right on my main home screen! I highly recommend this for those who want a weather app and love kitties/cats! Meeeooowwww!

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It's a rip off! I purchased a photo pack and it only displays 1 pic from the photo pack of 20 pics. I complained to the dev & he told me to uninstall & reinstall. That didn't fix the issue. Turns out they told me that only 1 pic is assigned to specific weather conditions. Since I live in LA, the weather is always the same year round. Clear and sunny. Therefore, only 1 pic of the 20 pack will EVER display. It is obvious that the developer needs to fix the app on his end to allow me access to the other pics I purchased.

I'm not sure where the app picks up its temperatures but they are typically inflated anywhere from 2 degrees to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Currently the widget tells me it's 89. Upon opening it read 89. I refreshed and it changed to 87. I then swiped to the town I saved which happens to be my current location, and it says 85. It's really 84. Some days I've seen it read 99 and it's never reached that temperature this year. Other than this, the cats are so darn cute and the image quality is superb.

I've been using this app for nearly two years now and I still get excited by the weather! I just updated my version and I'm super excited about the new cats! I currently have "professionals" though I think it should have been called "purrfessionals". I'm a vet so I love the vet cat!

This app seems to be, by far, the most accurate weather app I have ever used. Don't know how or why but it is. Wasn't expecting much since its mostly for daily cats. Love checking the weather some times and seeing a new cat that I haven't seen before. Love it

Knew this wouldn't be "willy weather" but you know what? It's better- so many kitties, works in Australia and is better at picking up the local area than the standard weather app for the phone. What's not to love? ?

It only loads the weather sometimes, saying it can't connect. Also it has asked me to write a review EVERY TIME I've opened the app since I downloaded it.

This was the fourth weather app I installed. It seemed cute. It is, but also very annoying. On the status bar pull down the description is , I suppose, to sound like cats. Maybe mine are more intelligent and don't speak broken baby talk. It requires thought to decipher -- not what I want on a status bar. It offers little info on weather conditions or forecast making it largely useless. Might be ok if not for the weird words. Have to uninstall it.

Best weather app I can has. But if you switch your phone, you lose any cats you buy. They say uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work. It suck to rebuy this stuff but it is so cute though.

Love the kitties. The only thing that upset me was that when I got a new phone I lost all the extra kitty packages that I previously purchased. Wish there was a way to sign in to the account and save your purchases. If that feature is available, I'm not aware of it. I've recommended the app to a lot of folks!

WHY on earth does it need that much data?? I want answers, I want solutions, or I want my money back. I had previously left a 5 star review here, it is a fun app but killing my data!

It's cute. It's crashes a lot and you clearly need to make more in app purchases to get the funny stuff. Gets the job done and makes me giggle.

The weather is accurate and pictures are great, but it keeps crashing in that it won't refresh or when I switch between cities it'll just keep on loading forever. Only way to get rid of this is uninstall and reinstall, but that gets tiring after a few times.

No problems with this app so far. My only complaint is I would replace my other one in a heartbeat with this, if it had a widget for the home screen (or whatever it's called).

Cat lovers should get this. It's not the most detailed weather app, but it does give you the info you need to know. Simple to operate with cute kitty animations and pics. Get it.

I love checking the weather with these adorable kitties. Even if it isn't a great forecast the fluffballs never fail to make me smile.

What I like most about this app is that it gives you the option to keep the temperature and description of the weather in your status menu at all times, and the assessments of the weather are simple and easy to understand, much more so than all the complicated TMI you hear in TV weather reports. Examples: "Overcast. Meh" and "Rainz! Oh. Noz!!" The photos are okay, but kind of meh... That and not having as much detail as the other cat weather app I have are what resulted in my 4 stars and not 5.

Because of the nature of my work, I check the weather daily. When the weather is crappy, these cats help break the news gently! It uses WeatherUnderground data, so its also pretty accurate!

So cute! I wish we could edit the cats we see.... I really hate sporty stuff and the football kitteh pops up all the time >_<

As a cat lover, I love seeing cute pics of cats and I needed a new weather app. This was the ideal solution. The app works great and I look just glancing at the widget to get the weather.

Not in depth weather, but great for checking out the basics - with cats, which makes bad weather seem better

I love getting my weather from this adorable app. The only thing that would make it better was if it had dogs and cats in the pics.

More available cities than my old boring app which didn't seem to know Montana existed. Accurate weather AND funny kittahs! <3
