Very useful. But mobile deposit is not working.

When it works it's great, but more often than not it doesn't work. The updates have more issues than before the update. I have reported the issues numerous times but it takes almost as long to fix the glitching issues with new update and then another update which creates more new issues. Leave well enough alone, if it isn't broke don't try to fix it.

It's great when it works. It seems like every other update there's some frustrating glitch that makes it very difficult to use. I count on it mostly for mobile deposit and it's frustrating when it doesn't work properly.

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall it keeps coming up with fragactivity then it comes up but around the user id box its all red instead of blue and it won't let me log in as soon as I put my user id in it says invalid password I tried using a task killer to restart it but it comes back up the same until I uninstall and reinstall it

Will not work on my ZTE Quartz

I have great lighting, a dark background, all four corners off the check showing and this stupid app still will not take the picture of the checks. Tried multiple times. Worked once but never again. So annoying!!!!!!!!

Worked fine but now it doesn't

Very useful. But mobile deposit never works and when I try to save my user name at log in it never let's me sign in. I have to enter my user name and password every time.

It's great not having to leave my house to make a deposit. And when I had an issue Will, the IT guy out of the 9th street location, fixed it immediately! More and more happy with this bank with each transaction!

Love the ease and the convenience of using this app. I can pay all my bills as well complete other banking task online!
