This is a pretty good app but it could use some improvements. It would be nice if you could use your finger print to log in. There are some other features that would enhance the apps appeal. There does not appear to be any stability issues .All in all it is a pretty good start.

This app will not tell you when your password has expired. Too many attempts and you're locked out. You then have to go online and reset your password which doesn't always work. Been locked out for 4 days now. Dread calling the bank. Frustrating...

Multiple devices and doesn't work on any.No matter what password I put even after repeated changes still get the same can't validate information.should have stayed with Capital One

Before opening this app, you MUST FIRST set up your account on the website... (user ID, password, security questions, & etc... etc...) The ANSWERS to your SECURITY questions is the KEY in opening this app. Restart your phone and give it a go. I hope it works for you.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP...Too many useless hoops in the name of security. My bank app was linked to my investment accounts in a matter of minutes. Totally unable to link this app after almost a two weeks. Sad. Worst customer service than in the branch drive thru. One star only because I had to in order to rate this (cr)app!!!!!!!

It will not let me log in at all. No matter how many times I change my password and but the new one it, it will not let me log in. I can't see how much money I have or my transactions and I'm highly upset.

Much better! More options and I can actuallu use the transfer feature again. Can the next update do mobile check deposits? That would be really awesome. And also some kind of way to transfer money to another person at another financial institution. Just something to think on.

Mobile app. For A.S.I. is great. I'm able to get all I need done, and keep up with my account. Very user friendly.

the multitude of security questions, most I have never answered. . Are too much.. more than 6 attempts to sign in, to no avail. I have removed the App. I officially state, someone needs to brush up on polynomials and code

This app work fine for basic banking when you are on the go. As far as the security questions everyone's complaining about, you need to set it up from the website. It's for you own protection.

Good app. Prefer the IOS version, responds faster and has a "LOGOUT" feature that is not present present on this android app. Overall I am pleased with it for my mobile banking.

I WAS looking forward to using this app, until I tried to log in. How am I supposed to answer security questions that I NEVER Answered? ???????????? It should not be this difficult; uninstalling

This piece of crap is not working I've answered the same security questions 10 times and still cannot log in.. This need to be fixed asap.. I don't like not having access to my money..

It asked me 50 sec.questions and still I couldn t log in

This app worked great yesterday. Today it was asking for answers to security questions I never answered to begin with. Now it just says system error. What is going on?

Can't log it because the app keeps asking me questions I didn't answer. Please fix this. Only reason I gave it a star is because you can't give no stars.

App doesn't work. I have reset my password and it still doesn't work. The security questions are ridiculous.

I'm putting the information in correctly but it keeps saying cannot validate identity......wth please fix it. This is very annoying. Once fixed I will give better review.

Works great first you need to go online and enroll in online banking. from there you'll be able to set up your security questions. after you set up all that you'll be able to get on the app itself. If you have any question feel free to ask. I'll check daily

Haven't been able to log in since the update. Have no problems with the website with same info given to log in on the app. Please address this issue.

I have to Uninstaller this app after every use. It gives me the same message constantly after I use it once after install. I am at a point where I may change banks because this is ridiculous. I understand the added security for the app and online access but the constant questions and system errors are out of hand.

Ugh... So many security questions (never did enter the app), I thought the app had been compromised. Awful.

This program use to work, it stopped accepting my password. I uninsulated an reinstalled the program now it asks incorrect security questions. I think the lastest updates should go through testing before being released.
