Ashy Bines AB Challenge

There are a number of videos that don't play or don't have a video at all or glitch and play the previous video. Some wording on how many reps and for how long could do with improvement. Certainly not a horrible program by any means. It is very leg and booty based for an ab programs but I guess it is important to highlight you shouldn't do target specific workouts only.

I love the concept and how it's easy to use and keep on track its an awesome app apart from the fact only half the exercise clips work very annoying. if this can be fixed I'll give 5 stars.

This is a SCAM I purchased what said one off off payment of £5, i have been debited £30 past 3 months as a lifetime member, You should cancel at your bank as emails are ignored, shamefull scmmer

Love this app!!!! True some of the videos don't work and some of the exercises don't have a video at all. But the forums are a great place to ask about the exercises as well. It is just one payment of $7 as long as you don't sign up to anything else. It's great!!!!

The program itself was good. I did enjoy it and thought it was worth the $7. But I ended up with over $60 extra charged to my account even after emailing multiple times for it to stop. They refused to reimburse me.

Is the best abbs app i've ever tried. Includes exercises, food meals and lot of tips from Ashy Bines. I love it!!!:)

I love this app!! Ive lost 14kg in 3 months from the workouts. It is absolutely fantastic its $7.70 us around $10 aus one time payment which is so affordable!! You get so much with it workouts, meals, fourm so supportive and motivating. You do need some equipment but can pick it up cheap at kmart. Some of the videos in the app dont play thats probably the only negative but you can usually find it in the fourm. I never got charged any extra after the one off payment of $7.70us. Very happy with this purchase

watch out!! scam!! they ripped of my money so badly even though I never agreed to any further purchases!! usually I never review any apps but this one here is simply a very bad rip off!! DON'T BUY!!!!

I don't like how the info is a Google drive file that had to keep loading every time I want to look at the nutrition.I think I like swk better to be honest, it's more intuitive.

Do not install this, I repeat, do not install this app, first they will take 7 dollars but after a month they will continue taking money from your card. They took me 29.95 and you don't have the power to stop them! Do not install this app.

My app is stuck on a video trying to load. Will not go back or do anything. Having to uninstall. Guess it doesn't work for android
