Clunky app and you don't get credit if you forget to check out. If it uses geolocation to confirm you are working out, why can't it check the elapsed time after the location is changed?

Can't change password, link provided doesn't work. My fitness location disappeared off my available locations. Can't see previous month checking. Can't edit profile from app. And the list goes on. Needs a lot of work

Didn't count my checkout when I was literally standing in the facility, so my workout "didn't count". I now need to contact customer service to fix it, since I can't from the app. App is also slow and needs to be refreshed constantly to find the current location. Very disappointed

This app is useless. You can almost never check out - unable to verify location. This app now has a 100% failure rate since I started using it. Incredible.

Well, was working ok until my 10th check in and it could not find my new facility location. contacted customer service...no help. Now i have to research on who to contact to get my credit and reimbursement i deserve. Not very happy.

After 2 months of the application being non-usable, today I was finally able to locate a fitness facility. Checking in was not a problem and I was able to receive my credit after the 30 minute time period. The only complaint was selecting options require several taps before It finally registers the selection. -------------------------------------------------------------update 2/12 one star, not that they even care. Just terrible, not only does the app fail to work consistently now, even the main website is often unavailable. With lack of support or communication with users of what's going on, this is just quite frustrating

With my location on and a strong signal, the app doesn't know where I am... Even after refreshing. Totally unusable.

This App definitely has issues. I have been attempting to use it for 10 days now out of 10 it work correctly 2 times. 5 times it completely failed and gave me an error message that states: Check-in failure encountered an unexpected error while performing search. 3 times I had to recheck in while at the gym to actually get credit and 2 times it actually worked without any issues. however for over 24 hrs now it has not worked just error messages. Our company was promised this would be a great part of our wellness program however they have been provided with the info from 3 of us trying it and are very concerned with the issues. Its a shame that they fail to correct the issues people are experiencing.

App is barely usable at best. Works 25% of the time. Check in but can't check k out, can't find facilities. Customer service is non responsive.

If you close the app in anyway while still at the gym it will have an error and you are unable to check out, so it won't count. Makes it hard to get the check ins needed to get a discount.

I thought they have fixed the server but i was wrong. It still does not work. If I switch to another app during the workout, after i come back to this app, it will restart and ask me to sign in again, and my original session is gone and not counted. I am very frustrated with this app.

Unable to detect my location. Somehow I am within a mile of locations in both Illinois and California. Even when it did find me in Milwaukee, it was a challenge to actually log gym time. It sucks.

Concur with all the other bad reviews. Check out fails more than it works.

App barely works. Developer acts surprised when contacted. Horrible customer service!

App was working fine for the past month, now I can't locate any gyms

The good: I was/am excited about this wonderful program to reward you for exercising regularly. Thank you! The bad: App problems (as others too have noted) with both check- in (it sometimes doesn't register the YMCA where I'm checking in) and check-out (it allows me to check in but gives me an error when I check out). The app spins when checking out, then gives an error that I'm too far from the location (not true - I'm IN the location) or that I was in the gym TOO LONG (I took two classes today)! I didn't realize that would be penalized for longer workouts - very odd. The troubleshoot: I've emailed the program three times and have yet to receive a response over the past two weeks. I'll try calling them, but not too happy with this service yet. I'll update this review if things change.

Works 25% of time, 100% of the time. Totally worthless if your gym/fitness center doesn't report your check-ins. Have used it numerous times, check in at the facility, do my workout and while still inside facility attempt to check out only to be told i am 'too far' away from facility. Reattempt a couple times, it crashes, no credit given. Don't bother contacting or emailing them, they never responded to my email about what a piece of junk this is.

I have to "retry" at least 20 times before it lets me complete my 30 minutes. At least I'm working out longer since I have to keep re-trying.

Always buggy, can't locate facilities

Took forever to get installed and set up with the "supported" apps only to find that no matter what I do nothing syncs anyway so none of my activity is recorded or counted. This APP needs to be fixed so it works as advertised. I would not suggest this to anyone.

Was working fine for months then ZAP! stopped over a week ago. First, can't log in due to "network error". Now, won't let me log in (says password error, but same password works when signing in on my computer). Argh. They updated this app and broke it in the process. Way to go, guys!

This app worked well for the first few weeks, only to take a punlge for the worst. Half the battle is just being able to log into my account. And even when I did manage to do so, many of my check-ins never registered properly when I f checked ER's website. I still attend my gym regularly and do my thing and all... its a bit of a bummer this app doesn't function as advertised. Great concept! Needs more programming love!

When I try to log in, it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. When I use the same password on the browser, it let's me log on. I tried 100 times and it keeps doing the same thing.

It goes without saying that this app is garbage. But when we can't even log in or check in the app is useless.

This has got to be the worst app. Doesn't know where I'm at and works less than 25% of the time. Fix this piece of crap. UPDATE... Since 12/31/15 the app doesn't list any facilities. Called yesterday and was supposed to have been connected to a supervisor right away, but just got a voicemail. Have not received a call back. This company sucks!!! Going to call our insurance who pays them and complain. In addition report them to the B.B.B..

Latest update broke something and now it's useless, as is the program without this app.

It never registers my check-ins and now it can't find any nearby facilities even though I am currently standing in the same gym I've gone to for two years.

Application never worked properly from the beginning. I had a problem setting up my account and had to have customer support create my account. App would not record checkin properly.

At least I could check in and somehow check out before, now I get " No facilities were found" message.. I guess somebody's trying to fix locating issues..

App won't let me log-in. Give an invalid username/password even though it is the correct username and password that I use to log into Exercise Rewards website.

Doesn't work!

In 2015 it wouldn't sync with the rewards group, and of course deletes check-ins so it doesn't help with tracking for insurance. Now my gyms are "gone" and when I try to manually fins my gyms, or check-in in 2016... nothing exists. It's a good idea, but needs some investment in support to make it functional. Not usable in this stage. Hoping for fixes and a new version soon?

This stupid ap let's me log in when i go to work out at my gym. Then when i try to log it out 30 to 60 minutes later when I'm done it tells me there was a problem and my log in didn't count! What good is this stupid ap if you can't use it in the slightest?? I'd give it ZERO stars if i could!

Doesn't work :(

There have been too many times the app doesn't log out properly, resulting in no credit received for a workout. Since this is the way my insurance verifies gym attendance, this inconsistency is unacceptable. Please fix this problem

Horrible app. The worse I've ever had. Look for my facility and it does not appear anymore. It logs me out and does not give me credit as a result. The creators should be ashamed of this app. And so far they have not been able to fix it...I thought at first it was an issue with my phone but after reading all these reviews I am more than confident it's the app. Bad bad bad.
