Triathlon Diary is a new way of keeping track of your multi sporting activities. It is aimed at people who participate in triathlons, duathlons, aquathlons or any multi sporting activity. With a clean simple design and features to help you progress, Triathlon Diary will be your best triathlon training partner.

What can Triathlon Diary do:

Plan Your Activities
- Choose from Swim, Cycle, Run, Strength, Mixed (Triathlon, Brick) or Other (Boxing, Football, etc)
- Each sport has a 'type' of workout (Easy, Tempo, Race, etc)
- Create custom details for each workout being generated or use a previous one
- Set the time and planned duration of each scheduled workout

Program Builder
- Create a custom program to add to the scheduler or upload to the community
- View your own programs, add them to the scheduler or even edit them further
- Grab a community program, save it, edit it, use it, do whatever you like with it!

Add Your Vitals
- Log your sleep, soreness, stress and fatigue scores
- Weight
- Resting Heart Rate

View Activities
- Each scheduled workout is marked on the custom calendar
- The corresponding activities are displayed below the calendar for easy viewing
- Swipe through the months to build a complete training log for the whole year

More Detailed View
- Each planned activity can be accessed for more details
- Add duration, distance, heart rate or notes to your finished workout
- See your vital details from that day

Personal Database
- Every entry inputted is stored safely on your device
- As with any diary, it's personal, no details are shared across the internet
- Backup and restore your database easily

Statistics
- Get a break down of your scheduled activities with interactive charts
- Scheduled workouts for each triathlon sport type
- Views can be changed to weekly, monthly or now season charts

Do you have a race coming up? Triathlon Diary now has a built in calculator which allows you to calculate your predicted times.
[NEW] Distance Units
Each discipline has its own unit which can be defined by you. You can Cycle in kms and Run in miles. Swim units are now either metres or yards instead of km/miles.
[FIXED] Calendar Bugs
Fixed a few bugs introduced from the last update where the calendar wouldn't update correctly in certain scenarios.

Just downloaded and it looks good so far. One suggestion is that it would be better if you could change the settings for imperial/metric distance units for each sport category. For example I swim in metres, not km but I would prefer miles rather than km for cycling

I've been looking for app like this for a while. I liked the design but it bugs out a lot. It froze when I tried to create a program and then when I tried again it lost all the workouts I put in. Also couldn't add 2 sessions on 1 day. I think it has great potential, I'm uninstalling but will come back for beta version ????

Just started using the app! First impressions are good. I've had a quick look at the app, and couldn't find a feature for reminders, if it isn't present, it might worth adding! Another nice feature could be some sync mechanic with Google calendar, which could handle reminders. Keep up the good work!

I really like how this app is set up and it definitely has huge potential to be a great training app. There are a few things that would be nice to have. Id like the option to create repeating workouts, i.e. have the ability to say every Monday swim at five for 4 weeks, instead of having to put that in four times. Also I dont understand the point of inputing details in the set up, that should be a line in the final screen basically the same thing as workout notes. I look foward to any updates and definitely plan on using this for training.

Very good app, nicely laid out. I don't know how of even you can edit an activity once you have put it in the calender that is the only niggle I have with the app! Other wise spot on guys! But can you help me with the problem?

Very detailed for all aspects of training. Plus it is flexible to allow me to adjust my training. Great breakdown graphs the feature workout plans and what I have already accomplished. Great app for the training triathlete.
