How do I submit my weight and height in pounds and inches? Also I think the whole Indian diet is odd. Do you have any other diet plans?
Is there no way to bulk quick if you're on a budget? That diet for bulking is Expensive...
It's a great app! However I wish there was some way I could put my program into a personal calendar so I can monitor my progress. Thanks!
Great fitness app! Everything thing you need in this one app.....all you have to do is use it and keep yourself motivated for your fitness goals!
Woks excellent, helped me get the body i wanted by following the work outs. Maybe you guys can shuffle the workouts sometimes but otherwise the eating plan is excellent so is the excersize plan
Use it for the workout programs and it's pretty cool way to keep myself accountable and not run out ideas at gym.
Also, what about the diet section? It should have different diets within one thing so you have vareity.
After searching around 30/40 apps on Playstore finally found something meaningful and different from others. Workout charts are just perfect, also it has shuffle option that something different. Diet plans created are awesome there are general diet plans, specific Indian diet plan and many more. Just one thing I felt that needs improvement is Images, it could have been gif or 3 to 4 images with real human touch or to take it more high you can add short videos too. Thank you Developer and people behind it. Hope to see this app growing. Don't mind paying for it too. ;)
I havn't really checked other gym workout plans or apps but I can say this should be one of the bests. I appreciate the details and the default plans with pictures, cz pictures is exactly what I needed. Good job :)
So far this app is the best of all the gym apps I've tried, it's not stuffed with apps or $40 a year for workout plans, just free and simple and a place for logs. Can you add a log overview page? Gives me something to look to see my progress
It gives you so many options. Workout programs for leaning, building, self body and a few more that look pretty fun. Also has challenges like that pushups every day thing. Its for both serious training and fun exercise

Good app with good workouts but could you please be more detailed on how much grams of food to eat please because isn't listed on some of them and what pre workout drinks you can have... another big one is could you do a bulk programme for just dumbbells because not everyone has machines at home. First off, thank you. When you're clicked on this app I downloaded it not because of the description, but because of the reviews. Not because of what people said, but because you responded to everyone constructively and accountable. I appreciate that you take the time to listen and respond. In a digital age that has been lost. Kudos to you. As far as the app is concerned, I love it. It keeps me inline, engaged, and pumped. No app is perfect, but yours is pretty darn close. Looking forward to the updates. Like someone else said, this app is the one worth paying for, and the fact that you don't have to makes it that much sweeter. If the time comes for charging people, hey, I'll be the first to pay. Thank you again. After at least 45 fitness apps, this is #1 by far.
Have problems with keeping track of weight and putting data. Like 79.5 kgs is 795 , can't put the decimal.
It's pretty good, especially for someone who is new to really working out for the first time. My only real problem with it is the total lack of ability to alter programs once you've selected them. Each of their workouts are completely static and won't allow for any change.
Pritty cool it'll be better if it had alternate workouts and different workouts so it dosnt become boring
I compete in body building competitions every year and personally I have to say I love the app its super cool dude
I like how the app has programs taht are already free not like the other training apps
If i use the bulk program will i see a difference in 6 weeks
I loved it, I'm really new with the app but I notice it is complete and help me with new ideas for my workout.
Easy to follow . And has the program for each work out. Easy to understand and you can see progress after each week.
