1987 yilinda Eskişehir’de kurulan şirketimiz kurulduğu günden bu yana Eskişehir ve Antalya il sınırları içinde ve yurtdışında Romanya’da toplam 28 adet projeyi başariyla gerçekleştirerek inşaat sektöründeki özel yerini ve kalitesini göstermistir.
Özellikle 90’lı yıllarda projelerini ve inşaatlarini kendisinin yaptığı Eskişehir’in çeşitli yerlerinde toplam 700 adet daire ile yüzlerce aileyi konut sahibi yapan Önçağ, aynı zamanda Eskişehir’de yap-sat sistemiyle inşaa edilmiş bir projede toplam 200 konut inşaatiyla da (Önçağ Sitesi,Visnelik 1992-1993) bu alanda bir rekora imza atmistir.
