ASDA

As I only installed the app and am having my 1st delivery tomorrow, I can't say if it's a good app or not. The site was easy to navigate around and ordering was easy enough. If everything goes well tomorrow, I'll change my rating to something more than the 3☆ it now has. Fingers crossed for a good result.

If you click into an item then go back youre taken to the top, not back to where you were. Not very good. Happened to me when searching in the shop (term gluten free) and then scrolling down the list. Any item clicked into then out of puts me to the start of my searched list

Been using asda app for a while now it really makes life easier with having two young children and not having to take them round the store with me for hours instead i pick what i need and pay, also great as it is sectioned into areas of different grocery groups.. well done asda. Happy mum!

Why is my password constantly visible in my personal details information? Isn't a password meant to be private? Yes!!! It never used to be visible and i don't want it visible now either. I don't have any of my passwords visible. Which now means that i'm going to have to change my password YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Not impressed at all

Great app, would have given 5 stars if there was an option to leave a note for driver or reply to the msg if your order can be delivered early. I know they have to return in the designated time slot if you're not in but the problem is every week i do the shopping for my elderly disabled gran and if she hears a knock at the door she will always attempt to answer and seen as she is very unsteady on her feet and alot of the time very disoriented this is far from ideal. If there was an option to decline the early delivery this would be a 5 star app !!

Great except for when you search, scroll then view items it bring you back to top of search rather than where you were; annoying and time wasting. Please fix asda. Please add a meat free section to your free from too

Need much more choice on the lists of goods to buy. Loads missing that you can get in store but not via this app. Other than that ok to use

Allows you to leave reviews but does not allow you to see reviews that other users have left. Items and offers disappear and I know there a lot of items available in the store that are not listed here.

Love using the app always easy to use just wish the store actually gives me what I want instead if arriving with the shopping telling me there were some non available items & when substituting giving me something that has nothing to do with what I was wanting to begin with.

The app works brilliant apart from favourites can sometimes have items in there only ordered once and not include items ordered frequently so it's worth checking you have what you need.

Nice and easy to use app. ASDA needs to improve on the item stock. I get an unsuitable substitue or an undelivered item every time I place an order.

Really easy to use and to search for products, shows all of the offers available and payment is a quick process. Overall 5 star!

Fab little app, found it really easy to navigate. Used it to amend an existing home delivery order which was really simple. Fantastic!

Simple to use and can keep all my favourite products stored ready to pick from.

New idea. After looking at Zn item in a list, after back stepping you are guided to top of the list instead of just where you were

App won't load, keeps on telling me I won't allow cookies yet my phone is set up for it... can't change my password.... so can't do an online order, waste of time

It's OK but the variety is very poor asda have gone down hill recently

Brilliant app never let me down used for delivery and click and collect regular updates given throughout substitutions etc
