Works when it wants to customer service is dodgier than hell when you try to call and ask for assistance..

We mainly use it to balance our check book but it's super simple, user friendly and pretty secure as well. I can't tell you how many times it has made me change my password because I typed in the wrong one, lol

Needs ti be updated something don't Work and it can be very annoying at times

My girlfriend and I can both never log into our accounts. Always have to call Ascentra and change passwords. The other 2 online banking apps I use, I've never had an issue. Please figure this out. Online banking is supposed to be convenient, not more work. This is the first review I've ever posted, so you know it's bad.

It's crap. It won't let me open my account and there only access asks me security questions that I never answered I think I'm going to stick with Ally.

It's the only app I really dislike on my phone. It's amazing when it works. Need to get rid of changing the password every four months. I cant ever log in on app or online. Does work great when it wants too

Receives system error and can't get passed the security question after I have answered correctly.

This app really sucks. Never wants to work anymore. Someone needs to fix it or get rid of the app. I don't know how many times I've gotten locked out because I entered the right password but it doesn't want to recognize it.

I get a persistent system error every time I open the app.

I can not ever access my acct because I can't get past the password. Always tells me to call in. Then u call and they want you to log in on web, reselect everything over & over etc etc. Then it's fixed for a few times, and broke again!!! It's good when it works

I keep having an issue with connections and logging in. Very frustrating. It's great when it works.

everything this institution attempts to do with online banking is a fiasco. why was one of my security questions "what is the name of your oldest nephew?" I'm pretty sure I didn't choose that as a security question as I have no nephews. same with the "oldest niece" question. also, "in what city is my vacation home?" people that use credit unions don't have vacation homes. I have a car loan and $5 in a savings account. ridiculous.

It has asked me for well over 30 security answers as my first time log in (if it slides down or is clickable, it's not working).

I downloaded the app with the excitement of being able to do mobile deposits. ... The option does not appear on my app. Anywhere...

Crashes upon opening the app on my nexus 5. Have tried reinstalling to no avail. Basically useless to me. UPDATE : now fixed with this latest update! Thanks!

I have multiple accts. and I can see all of them at once with this app. Something I am unable to do seamlessly on the Web site.

I would really like to know why this application needs access to my Photo's and Videos. I see no reason why a banking application should need these.
