The dictionary's great but a little bit to basic if you needed more complicated dictionary I wouldn't recommend it. It missing a lot of compund words and some congregations but it is feature loaded and let's you add words to it but that a little flacky I don't know if it possible for example to add congregations.This is a great app other wise and I don't find it fair to get rid of a

If you're like me and don't have many friends whose first language is Spanish (or English if you're learning English) this is an awesome tool to improve fluency

Once you get used to both English and Spanish words all in the same word list it 'so a great tool

I am living in México away from gringo communities and have been using this app extensively. It works very well. I am using the paid version, the free version does not have nearly enough entries. My only critical comment is the ads embedded in the translate function. The paid version is not supposed to have ads!! Some verbs are not conjugated and the definition using a similar word in English is rarely given first, even though it would be easiest to remember. Small issues...great app

Good app for offline Would rate it 4.5 if possible. Needs more vocabulary and more attention to describing which Spanish applies to Spain, Mexico, southern S America, etc. and which English applies to UK, USA, Australia, etc.

I have the paid for version & would encourage everyone who's still working on their Spanish proficiency to get it.

I had two other apps that I forgot about because this one is so loaded with amazing features. One of the greats is showing many different uses for a particular word. I use this every day. I wish there was some way to create a flash card list of selected words or flags words. The quiz funtion is useful to a point, but it seems to concentrate on cognates.

Worth every penny, well done. My only suggestion would be a "back to search" button so you don't have to scroll back after looking up words, especially when going from translation to conjugation of verbs.

By far the best dictionary with verb forms available. I also have Oxford Spanish, but 90% of the time this app is adequate, works faster, and easy to find verb..noun..adjective forms. I use Oxford now only for more idiomatic expressions. I really like the ability to add my own words/phrases.

It is a good quickly available dictionary although it can use a little more extensive vocabulary and it does not conjugate all the verbs that it has in the dictionary.

I know just enough Spanish to not understand much but travel for extended periods in central America. People here are amazingly kind and helpful but language can be a frustrating barrier. This is by far the quickest and most useful aid I have found. Greatly decreases time spent playing charades! Voice pronunciations are VERY clear. Highly recommended.

One of the main reasons for getting the paid version is its links from verbal forms to the infinitive by clicking on a link. This link keeps disappearing for some reason. Some times it happens after software updates but today uninstalling and reinstalling the software did not restore the links. I am disappointed the publisher allows the recurrent problem to continue uncorrected.

I have used many other dictionary apps and they all fall short. Surprisingly most don't even give noun gender. This app is excellent

I really wanted to love this app but it is not the best. Good is that the paid version has way more entries than the free one but is still beaten hands down by the Oxford dictionary app. Also verb conjugation is intuitive and easy to access as is reverse lookup. Bad is many missing common words and the gerund is missing from the conjugated verbs. You are meant to be able to enter your own definitions but despite looking hard in the help (which is just a short FAQ) and contacting the developer I still can't.

This is such a great Spanish dictionary! I use it many times a day. And I love that your dictionaries can be my "go to", since if you don't have the word, I can use the other dictionaries that you provide a direct link to. That makes your dictionaries complete. I love having the verb conjugations easily available...but please add the commands. I can also easily add my own words and phrases. Every word can be pronounced and back translations are available. And the company always responds to problems.
