Asana: organize team projects

I love it.

The add tag feature doesn't work for me, kr my phone. I'm not sure if those tags work similarly to the labels found on Trello, but it would really be a dealbreaker for me, and I would think other people as well to convert to Trello entirely. Those labels on Trello helps to see which tasks are which for boards. A similar color coding scheme that could be seen with the tasks list on the web app view would be great! I just checked the mobile app version, seeing the "labels"/"tags" on the mobile app even if it may take up more space would be great. It would make the "My Tasks" view much clearer and usable for multiple projects. I would say the prime advantage of Asana over Trello is the "My Tasks" view since it's far better than the "My Cards" view of Trello. The ability to sort the tasks by order, "today", "later" etc is really great. So a better implementation of it on mobile would keep people to Asana. Since as I said, Asana tasks on mobile dont show even just the "project" tag on list view.

Updated review: Getting better! There are still essential features missing, but now I actually use it on my phone. Update: When adding tasks, the cursor jumps to the beginning after 2-3 characters so you have to move it manually and continue typing.. ????

Why the app and the widget do not updated in real-time? It only updated once I opened it. Am I the only one experiencing that issue? I will give 5 starts if you resolve this

Only problem is that when I copy text with numbers, everything gets disconfigured for some reason. I use it for everything including saving medical records. Its like my life archive

I live by Asana. The mobile app works very well for capturing work while I'm away from my computer. Asana does a great job of updating and adding features to the app.

Immediately asks to make a profile, or use Google account, but also requests access to personal data. Why would a project management app want that data? No thank you.

I can't copy a link to another site. It's very sad :(

I use this to manage projects with a small team. It's simple and works great.

Great tool to help me keep up deadlines but the mobile app isn't as user friendly as the website.

Not really usable because you cannot limit the view of tasks to those that are incomplete. So your list includes random grayed out ones. This has been a requested feature for a long time but apparently isn't a priority.

best if we can access two accounts in just a click. not by logging in and out so we can have asana on personal and work related project at the same time..

This is so helpful for my marketing team to keep on track and updated in real time, assign things to team members as we are spread out over the state! Love love love!
