This is a pretty good app. The numeric keypad does not allow you to input 3 decimal points. Real mortgage rates go beyond 2 decimal points. For example. 3.375%. This would be rounded in the program and would make the payment inaccurate. With an update to fix, this would be a much better app and worthy of a higher rating.
