آلة الزمن هي أول رواية خيالية للكاتب هربرت جورج ويلز صدرت سنة 1895، وتعتبر من اشهر كتب الخيال العلمي واول رواية تناولت موضوع السفر عبر الزمن وقد اثرت تأثيرا مباشرا في الأدب العالمي طوال المئة عام التي تلت نشرها وتم ترجمتها الى معظم اللغات الحية.
