- Tap on play button to start counter of steps, burned calories, distance, or speed to display also on the graph with steps information.
- Swipe to the right to see the data recorded until the previous day.
- Number of burned calories, please enter your age, gender and step length accurately.
- Set your weight to use it accordingly as weight loss tool
- Set your exercise type either you are going to be in running mood or walking mood
Check the accuracy:
* Click on "Pedometer Settings" and adjust mode if the step counter is not accurately recording your steps
* If you use cleaning tools, add our app to the "ignore" list so that the step counter doesn't get shut down
* Everyone is different, so be sure to adjust the step counter sensitivity if needed
