This process involves choosing the option of “I Lost Something” or “I Found Something”, then filling out the simple questions.  
-Take a picture of what you lost/found
-Select the category that best fits what you lost/found
-Add a description
-Enter the location it was lost/found
-Set the time and date it was lost/found
-Add a reward for lost posters (optional)
