Mit PICKPAPP kannst Du ganz bequem aus vielen PICKAPP-Stationen in deiner Nähe selber entscheiden, wo Du Dein Paket abholen möchtest, und musst nicht mehr zur Postfiliale rennen oder beim Nachbarn klingeln – vom Kiosk um die Ecke bis zum Lieblingsrestaurant in deinem Viertel.


So funktioniert's

Als registrierter PICKAPP Empfänger lässt Du Dein Paket nicht nach Hause, sondern an die PICKAPP-Station deiner Wahl liefern.
Trifft die Sendung dort ein, erhältst Du sofort eine Benachrichtigung!
Du besuchst die Station und erhälst Dein Paket, wenn Du dich dort mit Hilfe der App persönlich identifiziert hast.
Jetzt bist Du am Zug – Probiere es selber aus und werde ein PICKAPPER!

So funktioniert's in der App

1) REGISTRIEREN & ANMELDEN
Nach dem Start von PICKAPP siehst Du zuerst eine Anmeldemaske. Darunter findest Du einen Link zur Registrierung.


1) Gehe auf "Registriere Dich jetzt kostenlos"
2) Wähle als Konto-Art "BENUTZER" aus
3) Hier musst Du ein Profilbild hochladen, Ausweis-Informationen und Deine vollständige Adresse eintragen
4) Klicke auf den Bestätigungslink in der E-Mail und Du kannst Dich ab sofort in der App anmelden.


HINWEIS:
Adresse: Bitte trage die Adresse ein die in deinem Ausweis steht.
Profilbild: Mit einem echtem Profilbild brauchst Du bei der Abholung Deiner Sendung keinen Ausweis mitnehmen


2) STATION VERBINDEN
Verbinde Dich zuerst mit einer Station um Sendungen an eine Station zu verschicken

1. Suche Dir in PICKAPP unter "Stationen" eine Station in deiner Nähe aus
2. Gehe zu dieser Station und bringe Deinen Ausweis mit
3. Wähle in PICKAPP den Menüpunkt "Station verbinden" und zeige der Station den angezeigten QR Code
4. Station scannt deinen QR Code und verifiziert Deine Daten
5. Du bist jetzt mit deiner Station verbunden und kannst ab sofort Pakete an die Adresse Deiner neuen Station verschicken


3) PAKET BESTELLEN
So schickst Du ein Paket an eine PICKAPP Station:

1. Gehe in der App auf "Paket bestellen"
2. Wähle eine verbundene Station aus
3. Gebe die angezeigte Stationsadresse bei deiner Onlinebestellung als Empfänger ein
4. Sobald Deine Sendung eingetroffen ist erhälst Du automatisch eine "Push"-Benachrichtigung und eine E-Mail.


4) PAKET ABHOLEN
1. Gehe mit deinem Smartphone zu deiner Station
2. Starte PICKAPP und gehe auf "Pakete abholen"
3. Wähle dann in der App "Paket(e) anfordern" und warte bis deine Pakete gefunden wurden
4. Gehe jetzt auf "Bestätigungscode anzeigen" und zeige jetzt der Station den angezeigten QR Code
5. Die Station scannt den QR Code, überprüft deine Identität und übergibt Dir deine Pakete

Tipp: Du kannst auch von unterwegs deine Pakete anfordern.
Die Station kann schon deine Pakete vorbereiten und bei der Abholung musst Du nur deinen Bestätigungscode zeigen.
Das spart Zeit :)

How it works in the app
----------------------------
1) Register & Login
After starting PICKAPP you see first a login screen. Below you can find a link for registration.


1) Go to "Sign up now for free"
2) Choose an Account Type "Users"
3) Here you have a profile picture upload, identification information and enter your full address
4) Click on the confirmation link in the email and you can log in to the app you now.


NOTE:
Address: Please enter the address which is in your passport.
Xfire: With a genuine profile picture You need when you pick up your shipment take no ID


2) STATION CONNECT
First with a station to send you to connect to a station broadcasts

1. Choose in PICKAPP under "stations" a station near you
2. Go to this station and bring your ID
3. Choose in PICKAPP the menu item "Station connect ', and show the station the displayed QR Code
4. Station scans your QR Code and verified your data
5. You are now connected to your station and can now send packets to the address of your new station


3) PACKAGE ORDER
So you send a packet to an PICKAPP station:

1. Go to the app in "package order"
2. Choose from one station
3. Add the displayed station address in your online order as a receiver
4. Once your shipment has arrived you will receive an automatic "push" notification and an e-mail.


4) PACKAGE PICK
1. Go with your smartphone to your station
2. Start PICKAPP and go to "pick up packages"
3. Choose then in the app "package (s) Request" and wait until your packages have been found
4. Now go "Show confirmation code" and now show the station the displayed QR Code
5. The station will scan the QR code, checked your identity and gives you your packages

Tip: You can also request the move your packages.
The station can already prepare your packages and when you pick up You have to show only your confirmation code.
This saves time :)
