ARRIS Follow Me TV™ for Android
Very unhappy trying to watch anything any channel or recorded show it says "unable to stream content to your device" and I used to watch everything on it before.
Use the app to find programs and remotely schedule my Eastlink Maestro PVR. As some mentioned, it is an hour behind for me as well. I don't stream. Overall pretty good.
Complete garbage, can't find my cable boxes 90% of the time. Have to repair repeatedly, will be getting a universal then app will be deleted PERMANENTLY
Never works. Even provider doesn't understand why
App won't stream any channel. Running Android 7.1.1 on Samsung Note8.

Very difficult and updates caused it to not to connect to my devices now... Pretty poor. Don't release this stuff charge 5$ a month when the bugs obviously arnt worked out of the system.

Works well with Eastlink, although there is a programming issue. The app is an hour behind my phone, times appear to be reflected in Central vice Eastern time which is frustrating. Right now it's 7 am, but the app is showing me the current programs and saying 6 am. As long as I remember, it's okay. There's an extra star in it if they fix the time zone issue. (Edit: just learned streaming requires another piece of rental hardware.)
Can't stream to this device S6 and Samsumg tablet. Works only at home but not else were.
Streaming still doesn't work.
Don't connect 3/4 of the time on mobile data and that's with full 4G service than when it does only plays for couple mins works great with wifi but what goods that if your out on the road traveling

My carrier is fidelity and whenever I try to pair my phone it constantly says it is unable to do so. I have tried countless times
Working perfectly, I never miss a show, and comes in handy, when you misplace the remote in the couch, lol, still won't stream to my phone, but I can live with that, so all good
I have Fidelity Communications and the app performs great for me. I wish they would add background play functionality. My service has Stingray music; I'd like to be able to stream my music channels and be able to lock the phone and it still work. Or I could stream news channels and listen to the news while the phone was locked.
Why would root not be allowed. I have been using this app for years and now they block root. This used to be a wicked app. Root still not working. LAME

Good idea if it worked properly. Even on the newest galaxy tab S2, it freezes and skips at various intervals. You can't watch an uninterrupted show....stream fails, app fails....just terrible the way it is. Maybe after a little more development, this will be worth it, but as it is now, save your money and your sanity by avoiding this service. I even had the cable tech replace every component with no improvement.....very disappointed.
The app worked before the update and it was nice but since I updated it keeps crashing... using samsung s6...
CANNOT GET PAST THE FIRST PAGE
Provider: Comporium Communications in SC Moxi Whole Home package. Error message "No media player were found within your network." Provider advertises tablet and phone control of the Moxi system. After installation, we discover it is Apple only.. Great system otherwise..but we are a house full of Android products. *re:response: Buying an IOS product is not an answer. Supporting the dominate platform of our time might be however.
Won't find media player and I'm on my wireless gateway Galaxy Tab 4 **edit** doesn't work for my note 4 either :/ please fix this. Newwave Communications, Indiana
until rooted devises are supported this star will not change. Not to mention my company has screwed up three times on the shipping for their streamer to work with this
I like that app. Easy to use. All of the features are easy to find. The only thing that bugs me is the scroll bar that appears when moving the guide up and down. I always seem to hit the scroll by accident and the guide jumps up or down past where I want to be. It would be nice to have the option to disable the scroll bar. It would also be nice if the guide didn't center itself and stopped in the position I want it.
Every time I select the recorded Tv section app crashes and must reinstall to get it working again. Very disappointed since I just started rental the Arris streamer. Hopefully an update fixes the issue.
Whenever I try to open recorded TV the app crashes and I need to uninstall and reinstall. Huge pain! What's the point!
Good app I can see what's on my dvr for fidelity but I can't watch it on my phone Samsung s5 says can't stream any ideas
I have been using the service for couple of days and so far I am disappointed. The underlying concept is is extremely sound however it is transmitted at a low resolution that everything is a bit blurred. I have have checked it on several of our devices to ensure that the problem was not on my end, and all have displayed the same out of focus, blurred result. I will be returning the streaming box to my provider later today.
App never loads, just crashes on start.
Called cable provider...was suggested to choose Arris Demo in the provider list and that connected successfully and brought up all of the info expected.

Crashes most of the time when I'm not at home. Also, when you tap the screen just once even, the zoom feature is annoying as all (fill in your own blank). You can't unzoom when you want, but hey, you sure can when you DON'T want to
