30 Day Arm Challenge for Android
Amazing app, been using it for 11 days now om the beginner level 1 and I'm seeing a nice improvement already on my arms. I'm skinny and was looking to tone up my muscles and build them a little and this has been perfect
Great app and exercises, it would be great if it had timer as well so I didn't need to swap between my phone timer and this app. But all together is a good and simple app

I just downloaded it reading that it was good But I just have a question, can I lose just arm fat and not get any muscles from it!

Ok IDK how to start do I do all the day ones on the challenges or do I just do the beginner and then do the next stage the next 30 days

I'm not the biggest fan of exercising arms. I started on the first beginner level and I think I can see a difference, I'm currently on day 14. I would highly recommend putting an exercise mat on the floor when doing the exercises. I hate the floor tricep dips

I just downloaded it. So far so good, but the descriptions of how to do the exercises are extremely poorly written and sound like they've been translated from another language. They're also full of typos that a little editing would fix. In addition, I see it recommends that I do "30 downward dogs". Should I actually do a downward dog, hold for as long as I can, then come out and start again 30 times? Or is it meaning to say that I should hold a downward dog for 30 seconds? The instructions need to be more clear.
