It took over two hours to download the app, once complete I tried to use it. When I open the app all I get is a blank white screen. I have reported the problem via email through their website, with no response. After receiving a response, I uninstalled the app. I then reinstalled the app with my wifi (instead of as originally with mobile data). I had full bars on my wifi for the entire download which only took about 20 minutes this time. But once again, upon trying to open the app, all I receive is a blank white screen.

After clicking a part on the diagram the description does not always open. it needs to be tapped a few times or software has to be restarted even then it does not work

The app by itself is greatly done..the usability, the visualization, the information and the ease of the information presented..all good. I had the previous version and even "upgraded" to this one, because I hoped it would give more detailed information of specific systems. Which it did. But the major pain in the a** is when you go through the systems and click on links that should indicate on the 3D model the specific areas/elements.. it is glitchy..not just glitchy it is useless. The response is very bad (you have to click the exact small spot area of text, and if you are working on a tablet it is sometimes hard to do..but than you don`t get a response, and have to click multiple times, Sometimse it highlights the area/element, sometimes not. Sometimes you get the explanation other times it constantly keeps giving me "digitorum" explanation. WTF?? I really hope that this get`s updated and resolved. I`m very please with the other apps but this was a kick in the face! Developers where are you??

I upgraded yesterday and now the app constantly blacks out and freezes. I wish i could go back pre update!!! What i have now is useless!! And i originally PAID $30+ for this app!!!! Im extremely unhappy and very talkative. I depended on this app for an important test!
