Worked for a month then started timing out here and there now it times out consistently. Badly designed app.

It doesn't work at all. The company and the app went bankrupt. I wish I went solar with another company.

What a joke. They cut off monitoring for outright bought systems, kept it for leases

Installed December 26th it seems to be working fine all graphs are accurate, not sure why others are having trouble

No longer functional, why keep it on the Google Play store?

It conveniently misses few days and then simply ignores them.

The app is definitely not working, however the website still shows usage and production.

They don't support the app. Don't waste your time downloading it.

This app worked fine since 2012 and recently started hanging and generating timeouts. After reinstalling it, it worked for exactly one day and then started failing again. I now just use the full website which is working fine. Shame though...this was a decent enough (though definitely barebones) app until recently.

Latest update the app does not download any data. Wheel just spins until it times out. Still have an issue where production percentages between app and desktop don't match. Old review resolved: Every time I look at a different screen, day... Week... Year... Network... An image of the graph is saved in a newly created pictures folder. Sungevity you need to fix this.

It hasn't worked in over month. Used up too much power even when it did work. It should have been repaired by now for customer service.

Please allow scrolling by day..BTW app has stopped working since last week. The gear spins for a long time before erroring out.

Only shows the current day, week, or month. Cannot show yesterday or last week production. No explanation how the carbon emissions offset and % powered by sunshine tabs are calculated, so it looks pretty bogus

Its pointless to download. Cant track anything and doesn't always update. Until its fixed I am uninstalling it.

Simple things like seeing your usage for yesterday can't be done. Don't forget your password ... it can't really be reset.

it was broke yesterday and it's fixed today ... just like what Sungevity did for me by releasing me from the PG&E prison

It worked fine until recently. I am not sure what happened.

Not sure why it can't retrieve data most of the time.

Constant problems. Need to uninstall and then reinstall frequently.

The app works great for a few days then it will not access your daily data. Only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Then you are good for a few more days. LG G4.

There are so many problems with this program that I'd have gotten rid of it the first day if the website were usable on the phone. But unfortunately the website is laid out for a much wider screen. Among my complaints: (a) a splash screen that's ridiculously slow to go away; (b) cannot show data from previous day, week, etc; (c) slow because it seemed to never cache data from the previous day; (d) data often not available or incomplete.

Only has ability to view the current day/week/month. You cannot for example view yesterday's performance data which is ridiculous given that the full website version has this data, it's just not exposed in the app. It also has a recurring bug that shows an error if you try and view a time period on the first day of the period. For example, if you look at the weekly view on Sunday, you get an error and have to wait until the next day when Sunday data is populated. Performance is also very, very slow even over a fast wifi connection

I notice on the Year display that there is only on "J" - I suspect June data is not being shown. Also, it doesn't appear to be possible to scroll back to previous days or months - just the current period's total, whether today's hourly data, this week's daily totals, this month's daily totals and so on. Would be nice to see yesterday's hours, last weeksrd days, etc. Thanks!

I like seeing kWh production, but it would be nice to have real time kw output too. The app also seems to have trouble refreshing sometimes.

After weeks of frustrating conversations with sales people it was nice to get just the facts and with no bait and switch.

Horrible app, Keeps crashing on launch

Like other reviews, it's a great app, though the most recent update causes your phone to take a picture of every single screen you view. I just discovered over 200 pictures on my phone off this app, taking up a good amount of space. Developers, please fix this!

This app created lot images in photo folder. It should have an option to show the padt days.

Loads and runs fine. However you cannot move though different time frames. For example if you are looking at today's detailed report, you cannot flick back to look at yesterday's detailed report.
