Drains battery more than any app I've ever used by far

Our monitor was working fine until this passed week. Every time we try to turn our monitor off or on it tells us that "your preferences have failed to connect" so our monitor stays on for hours and loses connection several times until we unplug the actual camera for 20 minutes and then plug it back in. Hopefully this is just a software issue and not hardware.

I wish the history navigation was a little more accurate. It's a bit choppy when you try to go back. Also would like to set up timing for night vision. Otherwise it's a great app for keeping an eye on home.

Everything works great, except that we use it as a baby monitor and it has shut down on me in the middle of the night TWICE in less than 7 days apart. Completely unreliable! So disappointed and so is my 3 month old daughter who couldnt reach her mother due to the crappy app.

I tried setting up the cam. Once the setup is done it force closes... Please fix the app to work on marshmallow Android version... Thanks David from the support team was helpful and quickly responded to my email and gave me a working version to check the live feed. Appreciate the support team for the quick turnaround! Now waiting for the remaining bug fixes.! Update: its working now for marshmallow...

App crashes a lot and lags even with perfect internet connection. Now I can't even connect green light keeps blinking. I would recommend staying away from this camera.

Does exactly whatever you will need

We used this for our elderly mom who was alone in her house. It worked great and me and my sisters were able to check in on her at anytime of day. It came in very handy since she was at high risk of falls and was able to call 911 a few times for her. The speaker/mic had a bit of delay but we we're able to communicate well enough. Great product!

This camera works great. I've used it for several years with no problems.

Works as described, would like outdoor camera.

Easy to use and great picture quality. Only suggestion/complaint, I wish it would send me an alert if it becomes disconnected.

Installed 2 of these cameras in my mother's room at an Assisted Living facility. When she fell we were notified and she had help in under 2 minutes. It would have been 30 minutes to an hour before anyone checked on her. Thanks Closeli for a fantastic product!

easy to install, no pestering emails, great customization options - only wish - a weatherproof version for use as a security camera.

Cheaper than nest. ...clear visuals..clear audio..can't beat the $50 feature too

Unlike the Closeli web client (which is terrible if not unusable), this app works well and does what it needs to.

Works as it should

The camera "works" as promised, however the software definitely needs an improvement. I set 2 schedules one has the camera Monday thru Friday for 8 hours on, however setting up the weekend to have the camera off conflicts with the software to which the camera won't switch itself on come Monday. If you manually turn it on(because the schedule conflict) this then turns off the schedule. Customer support Sucks even worse as there is none to call and they only speak to you thru Gmail, very frustrating.

Works as described. I have a schedule for morning to evening Mon to Fri but the camera always turns on Sat morning. Also the microphone is very sensitive. It picks up outdoor noises even with doors and windows closed. I end up with a lot of activities logged even though nothing happened. Video quality is good over WiFi and my cat can hear my voice as well via wifi

I like the camera so much I bought a second one for work to use with a tablet only to find out they do not support tablets. App just crashes. Really? This day and age no tablet support

Love the app. Easy to check in when I need to. Today, my house was burglarized, they even ripped the camers out. We were able to go to the time frame it happened and Bingo...great camera resolution. Busted

With Marshmallow fix now great again!

Stop nagging.

My app was working fine until I got a new phone and switched to the s6 edge plus. Now it stops every time I try to open it but it works perfectly fine on my husbands note 5. I don't know if it's a software issue or if it's only my phone but this is ridiculous.

Love the app, but it doesn't work with the new marshmallow update. Please fix asap. Thank you.

Bone stock Nexus 5X running 6.0, app crashes constantly. Sometimes it won't even launch, other times it's when you try to view/load video. Needs to be fixed asap...

Upgraded my nexus 5 to Marshmallow and the app just force closes.

Love this camera... Keeps us connected to what we care about. Highly recommend closeli app and camera package
