Arck Multi Msg V2 : It is a Android App

App Sends Multiple Personalized SMS and Emails very simply, i.e the Receiver will see his/her name in SMS and Emails

SMS Example
if 2 Phone receivers are as bellow

Common Message for all is : Happy New year, Regards Sender.

Using this app Messages sent will be as bellow :
Msg 1) to

Email Example

This App is a Advance version of Arck Multi SMS with receiver name

The advancement in App:
A) Continues Multi SMS
B) Added Multi Email:-
1. Sends Multiple Personalized email,
2. User can choose email gateway/application, e.x. Gmail, LotusNotes etc (if installed),
3. Each Email is shown before sending, so that you can Modify content if required.

a) Simple option of Multi SMS & Multi Email use defaults Text files
b) Advance option of Multi SMS & Multi Email :
have options to select file-names containing
Receiver Information
Message
Advantage:- user can store Multiple files for Receiver Info., (similar to Group contacts),
& Messages, (similar to Templates), and send Personalized message :-)

2. Provides option for CC and BCC email id's


How to use this App (How to use Arck Multi ) :-
NOTE:-
**Caution: All SMS's will be sent via Phone SIM so be Cautious to check your SMS charges from your
SIM/Telecom Service provider
**Use Single SIM in Phone, to send Multi SMS
**Please Reboot Phone once after the app is installed for the first time.

SMS Simple :- Just 3 Steps
Step 1 : Update sInput.txt, sheader.txt & sbody.txt files.
Note:Phone_number & Name must be separated by Tab i.e. Tab delimited Ex. as bellow

Step 2:- Open The App
Step 3:- Click Button "Click to Start sending Multiple SMS"

SMS Advance Option :-
Step 1 : Update ".TXT" Files as in SMS Simple Step 1
Step 2:- Open The App & Enter Requested Details
Step 3:- Click Button "Click to Start sending Multiple SMS"


Multi Email Simple Option:- Just 4 Steps
Step 1 :
Update eInput.txt, esub.txt, eheader.txt, ebody.txt & esig.txt
Note:Email_id's & Name must be separated by Tab i.e. Tab delimited Ex. as bellow

Step 2:- Open The App
Step 3:- Click Button "Click to Send Emails via App using Default files"
Step 4:- Select the Email Gateway Ex. Gmail, Lotus Traveller, etc, select "Always Option"
Step 5:- Click Button "Click to Start sending Multiple Emails"Multi

Email Advance Option :-
Step 1 : Update ".TXT" Files as in Email Simple Step 1
Step 2:- Open The App & Enter requested Details
Step 3:- Click Button "Click to Start sending Multiple Emails"
Total Msg = Msg in Stored File + Message in "Enter the Message" Field
If you leave both Message fields blank, the blank message will be send as Email body

Email Signature is Auto added from "esig.txt" file.
