Archipelago Hotels Membership

In my previous device, this app works okay. But when i transfer to new device, i have some issues. Sign in option is only google+ and facebook. Can't sign in via email? But when i click via fb, it's give me error message. Help

Why didnt i get email receipt for my booking, and why the app couldnt record my stay although the reservation already recorded at the hotel even after i checked out? But afterall its a good app, and the rate is surprisingly affordable in compare of another travel apps. Thank you

Nice membership but still better if guest can get bonus point for redeem free night or upgrade room on any Archipelago Hotels...got few times bad experience if Front Office Hotel didn't know how to check-in with Archipelago Membership...

The apps crashed twice after clicking so many times on birth date

Enak pakai ini buat book group aston,banyak lebihnya,tp kadang kok peg hotel kurang cermat klo pesan f&b dapat diskon kadang gak dibuat.

Fake app, booking still using web.. slow.. no different between member or non member only 10% discount. Should learn from agoda, accorshotel and many more

Where can we find the upcoming booking from the app? I've waited the email confirmation, but it took very long time. (until i submit this review, still no email). I need that email.

Awful App - shame on you. App claims discounts. This is untrue. Prices are higher than the main OTAs. No advantages in using this application, why book direct for more than through a third party? Disingenuous, misleading and illusory claims a business does not make. Shocked and dismayed at the functionality of the app in addition. Developers need to ask themselves and their clients some fundamental questions. Fail.

I don't even know what's​ the purpose of this app, when i book a hotel i still get redirected to the hotel website through a link and then i still need to fill my data, i can't manage my booking, and when i arrived at the hotel I showed the card but they can't find my booking, luckyly i have email response from rsv agent but still i need to wait while the receptionist took my phone probably for showing that mail to her Superior and after all of that, there's no history or whatsoever.

The discount not working,15% discount is fake,the explanation about the room discount is not clearly,deceit promotion, price in application and the web booking not same

Need extra effort to fill date of birth.and i havent get any confirmation letter after i book the hotel.and not sure when the lattest date to pay bill

The apps is great. But just little problem when the receptionis can't process check in at membership web. Please fix the check in process at membership web. Best regards. Thank you

The concept is pretty good. Discounts on room rates and foods & beverages throughout the chains they cover. The features are extremly user friendly and bookings made easy by the data saved for the fillin fields. Thanks for a great app and a great choice of friendly hotels.

Its a good app but need more improvement in some areas i.e: in-app booking not shifting into web browser (thebookingbutton), professional home page design, show nett rate only and provide guest comment. Thanks
