Roamer - Goodbye Roaming!

used to be a great app. but like others stated, service is poor ad the app. performance is not slick anymore. Roamer, please regain our trust and fix the bugs.

Not able to recieve any sms or call for verification.

At the beginning it worked perfect and then, from last year it us impossible to use. Bummer

Used to be great... Now terrible. No support. Goodbye Roamer.

Only small part of incoming calls received. I may see only messages about missed calls.

Receive call is not getting activated..

After using it while traveling and with local SIM cards for a long time without any notification receiving calls from Germany are not working anymore. Paid deposit money is lost

Once the service was excellent and the app worked fine. But it seems something happened. The support chat gone from the app. And the support team even doesn't aware of that. They respond to emails once a week with no real help. My home number got stuck in call forwarding mode and the app doesn't allow me to change it to a new one one. I read the latest reviews and see that customers get the similar problems so I'm not the only one who got stuck without service and help with remaining balance.

I was using this app for last two years. It was the best app in its class. Suddenly they removed call forwarding in almost all countries without any notification. I found this two weeks ago in the airport (Canada). I was heavily depending on this app and they literally screw me. Don't bother. Unfortunately became junk.

Just few days after I credited my account they decided to to increase the call rate to my destination by a factor of 4. It is simply if not called something else is called absolute dishonesty.

After paying money I am unable to authenticate and see my balance. My xollegue can't see the call history and balance is not getting updated..loss of money for us.

Clear voice if you use iphone

I have used this app for several years and used it to forward my call during travel. However, I found this app does not support my country anymore but I did not get any notification before. I have topped up some money in my account. Could I refund it? Or Google shall look into this matter?

Call receiving was working well in Hong Kong before, but the support was dropped recently, it was your biggest advantage, will you put it alive again?

Call forwarding from HK removed... So i basically can't use it any more... Customer service not responding any more... I still have some credits left, but less than the initial promotional balance, so i guess those are free units... Seems i got lucky and used my paid value before they went belly up... Don't try this, don't buy units, unless and until i update this review

Used to be an amazing app, and worked great untill few weeks ago when call forwarding from Israel stopped working. Support team is not responding to e-mails neither.

Unable to forward now after I switch to note 5. Previously was an awesome app.

Calls aren't going through frm UAE....no response from support since one month...

Hi Admin. Whats the Catch on ur application. It is inconceivable that your rates are less than 30 cents when we spend more than that when calling directly without inside South Africa. Please tell me this is not some kinda scum cz i this is just too good to be true n you know what they say. If a deal is too good to be true it's a scam. And 2nd Question how do you charge me cz i don't want no subscriptions on my fone? Finally I just wana know how you make money when you are charging less than the operator?

Local SIM and receive calls never work for more than one hour... And I've got much better to do than put back my main SIM every hours...

Its Good, one but the problem is incoming call is not receiving from India sim. Chat with customer care but help less.

I would assume you make your money by everyone downloading your app and reciewing so im gonna leave the this 5 star rating and try out the app thanks in advance

I signed up to Roamer to use it for calls via internet connection to mobiles as an alternative to Skype and Viber. However, it completely sucks. Call quality was so poor I wasn't able to finish any of my calls. At the same time, I checked above mentioned alternatives and they worked well. So that wasn't the issue of internet connection, but rather Roamer fail.

Very hard to set, to receive calls it asks for some manual and auto configuration. Auto never worked and manual gets off all the time. Quality is terrible even though internet is stable and fast, most of the time I'm not being heard. To connect local sim i needs sms approval which i never got. Eventually made some calls but didn't receive any, doesn't work for some reason, probably problem with configuration but no assistance is available at all. Very disappointing, lost 10 EUR which cannot be returned.

The idea behind this is great. Could you add ability to receive sms as well and perhaps not make your calls so expensive. e.g.Your call rates to mobile numbers is expensive

I absolutely love it! One of the best apps in the store. Absolutely amazing :)

The free credit option doesn't work. Why is it there if it's not working?
