Flock TAG Mobile App

I have many issues with this app and the company. It started out by not letting me log in to purchase something offered exclusively through them. I couldn't buy it through the app, so I tried through their website. I couldn't log into their website. So I tried changing my password there. It said that the email I entered was not associated with any account. It's the email I used to log in to the app.....so I tried changing my email through the app. No progress was made. At this point, I could still log into the app with no problem. I sent an email to the company asking for help, no response. It's been months. And now I can't log in at all. Every time I ask it to send me a link for a new password, I get an error message. Save yourself the trouble, and don't download this.

Worked fine, now will not let you log into app. So can not check stamps or get offers. So it is useless waste of space

Using a LG stylo. Gets stuck on the login screen while trying to load. Its literally unuseable for me.

IT DOESN'T WORK! No matter where you are located it opens on Ann Arbor. If you force the map to reload it will center on your location. No businesses are displayed on the map. There are lots on the PC website. If there were negative stars it would earn them. It is C***. Plus based on the response to other reviews they don't care. Does GOOGLE have a standard to stay in the store?

I can get the map to find my location eventually, but it always resets to Ann Arbor and the list feature only shows Ann Arbor as well. Not very useful in Ohio.

I forgot my password tried to reset it and every time I go to reset it it says check internet connection even when I'm on the wifi

Nexus 5x Android - won't load past splash screen.

Samsung galaxy S5. App wont load past splash screen.

Smoother map, let's me see my stamps and rewards. Gets the job done but not the best interface.

Map doesn't work. No deals nearby and I'm near a college town!

Poor maneuvering in comparison to Apple version. Can't change my location or other settings.

There's no login button! There's a username/password box, but there's no login button. This is just a waste of space. Do not download!

Good app design... however, it would be convenient to be able to use the card from the app so I don't have to carry the card in my wallet. Also, the map should stay centered on my zip code... it keeps reverting to Ann Arbor, MI.

Way too many fields to fill out. Almost gave up. Please correct

Keep trying to use it and even though I have a card registered it won't work. Loke the idea but the app is a forgotten thought

I am new to rewards and like getting a little bonus for loyalty.

I'm not sure if some of the marks on screen are buttons or just for view. It says I have a reward, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

(1) The app won't let me login even though I already have a card registered with my email address. (2) There is no option to use my phone's built in NFC chip, so I still have to carry the card around.

Please learn to design mobile apps. This is unusable

If you still have to carry the card and swipe that at the vendor?

Tried it today, and it buzzed 4 times but didn't register. Also on a sgs3 it takes more then 30 seconds to start. Not to mention when you put the wrong pw in it does not tell you that, it just says no connection. To buggy. Uninstalled

A great concept, but I don't need some card. Implement NFC with my phone and this would be 5 stars.

Today an app that is basically a multi-store customer card used 524 mb in one afternoon running in the background. Not sure if it is collecting additional data from me but this is absurd.

Works great on wifi, 3g not so much, lotta data... The map showing flocktag locations made it qorth the download!

good app, just wish I knew how to turn off the track location function

Been a user of Flock Tag since it first started. Love the idea, the fact I get text deals, and that the app tracks all my stamps for everywhere I shop. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Whatever was throwing the NFC error before is no longer occurring! Great app, does exactly as described, now more companies need to use it! :-) Old: Allows install on Droid Bionic but crashes. This is happening becasue it is trying to access the NFC chip which does not exist. Make sure to limit what devices can install this app.

Just downloaded to my phone and it works great! I have an old phone that doesn't have nfc and it works

Just installed it on my phone and it seems to be working great. Not sure why Daniel's having problems, but it doesn't look like it has anything to do with a NFC card on the phone. It looks like it just reports your account info on your phone. Glad they did this so that I can track my stamps so i don't need to remember where to go next. Wish there was a refresh button or something tho

I'm ready to use my flock card at other places.
