Arapolarmic Beyerdynamic Ed. is an innovative tool for monitoring the directivity of microphones. It also contains a database with mic technical characteristics (miclibrary) always on your device.

Arapolarmic Beyerdynamic Ed. runs smoothly on modern devices, which have good cameras, graphics cards and processors. On older devices you will be able to browse the mic library and mic specs smoothly, but you may have to wait some seconds after clicking the «ARATE» button until the matching screen appears, and might have some dropping of the video feed which could be a hassle during the matching process, nevertheless, it will track the microphone well afterwards.

Arapolarmic Beyerdynamic Ed. performs the rendering of the microphone and its polar pattern, integrated within its physical environment (microphone set and sound sources) using Augmented Reality technology, providing visual reinforcement to display the directional characteristics of a microphone model.
